I have never had a problem with service.

I had to drop off some business flyers this morning and found out everything was put together wrong. The woman working behind the counter and her supervisor were kind and patient with me. They explained how to make corrections so moving forward it does not happen again. It has been a crazy month for everyone and it felt good to receive such nice customer service.

I am in this post office every day mailing packages for my business. They are always courteous and helpful. Being there every day you get to hear what the postal workers have to deal with. The attitudes that walk through that door are terrible. The way some of the customers talk to the workers makes my skin crawl. If you have a problem with USPS procedure that is one thing but these people are doing there jobs and can not change the rules. Giving them an attitude is not going to help you in any way.

Great post office location! The staff there are awesome! Even with the long lines at times, they are efficient. And sometimes there aren't any lines at all! Will go here for my post office needs rather than go to Island Heights or Downtown Toms River

My postal worker Jay Reiffen is great. He is polite and friendly and is the best. I never have any issues with him or getting my mail or my mail going out.

I can't stand people who have no patience and complain about the post office line when the employees here work really hard and have to deal with snotty people who think they are the only people who need mail services. A busy location but the employees are great!

A contract post office, inside of Silverton drugstore. People there are always friendly, lines and usually shorter than at the main post offices. And it's the kind of place where they remember your face.

I don't know what post office the bad comments are for BUT WATER ST. Post Office Staff ARE VERY HELPFUL... Especially considering the VOLUME that they deal with...

Passport office : the kind lady got my application and passport approved and sent to the gov, in less than 5 minutes! Thank you.
