The larger Winding River Park is dog-friendly. This garden is NOT!
Tranquil place for contemplation.
The adjacent pond is popular for fishing.

Nestled along Winding River, this is a peaceful and serene memorial area dedicated to the children of Toms River who have passed on before their time. There is a walkway paved with block and intermingled are granite stones with the names of the children. The area is graciously landscaped and well maintained. It is a place of reflection and meditation.

The school had children there today raking and cleaning it up to keep it nice. Great work guys!! Very nice park. Clean.

This is such a beautiful memorial park for people who’ve lost a loved one, prematurely. My brother passed away in 2017. He was only 34 years old. Long story on that but Lyme disease was the culprit to his problems in life and ultimately it got the best of him :/ RIP, Lance. 💔
