The Arc, Ocean County Chapter

"The Arc" had a Yard Sale today which my Fiance and I went to. Had alot of nice things set up there.. Jewelry, Throw pillows, accessories, clothes, handbags, electronics which is what we were there for. My fiance ended up buying laptops and other computer parts, I ended up buying a PSP handheld with games included for my son. Awesome prices!!

I work here 😍 they hold their standards high and fair. We are here to help! They treat residents AND employees respectfully.i love it here feel respected and needed

Update: That was the first year there after which I began to hate the job. Covid hit and the staffing situation was horrible. They still treat the residents respectfully but depending on which manager you get they may suck. Overall its a nice place for residents but not so much anyone else imo. The big boss over everyone is really nice though so thats a plus.

Without the "Arc" my son would be lost. They give him a reason to get up in the morning. He is on a work program so he feels like he has a job and that is important. The people that work there are great and caring. Sure there young people just out of school and learning their craft but they have to start somewhere. Thank God for the ARC.
