The delivery driver, Nate, is a very respectable and kind young man. He is always on time for my deliveries and makes sure that I am set before he leaves. He is very patient and answers all questions I have. He is the most professional and caring driver that I have experienced.

Tri-State Pharmaceutical LLC most definitely deserves 5 stars...more if I could!!!... thanks to star employees such as Taylor, Destiny, Gina & Mark, just to name those i have had the pleasure of imteracting with. I have no doubt they have many other great team members in their company as well. Every interaction with Tri-State, from calls to orders , questions, processing, clarifications and more has always been handled with such attentive professionalism, thoroughness, speed and kindness! They all have gone above and beyond for our family...one of many examples being all of the stellar employees above coordinating together along with our doctor to ensure they would be delivering medication when it was needed. Miss Taylor even personally delivered it herself! We were grateful & so appreciate both her and all the Tri-State Pharmaceutical team's efforts...their customer service goes above and beyond! Jordan was amazing she was able to help my Mom obtain assistance with her Jardiance ,she worked very hard to get the assistance approved.I appreciate her help a great deal and thank her for all her help.She is an asset to Tristate Pharmacy!!!!!

None of the other pharmacies that I called could get my specialty medication in stock. I called around and eventually found tristate pharmacy. They were able to get me the medication within 24 hours, and even got me approved for a drug discount program. I’ll be switching over all of my medications. Thank you tristate!!

This pharmacy has a great group of people working for them! I highly recommend this pharmacy to friends and family.
I haven't had contact with the entire staff but the people I have been working with are absolutely caring and friendly and they will go the extra mile for anyone who needs help. Jamie is a warm and friendly woman who has been a great help for me personally and deserves a lot of accolades for the way she cares! But even though she is leaving the company soon im sure everyone will fill her shoes!
I also have dealt with a couple of the pharmacists and they are very caring and knowledgeable and friendly!

Greatest pharmacy ever!! Nate is incredible!! This is the type of pharmacy I remember as a child, where everyone knows your name, and they’re all so happy to help and accommodate!! Delivery is always on point, they go above and beyond to troubleshoot any client issues!! Best of all they’re honest and transparent... a pharmacy that doesn’t take advantage of the consumer with a 200% mark up!! Just so very pleased with their services!!!

I have only received exceptional service using Tri-State as my pharmacy. My medications get delivered on time and straight to my door. They are never out of stock or delays. Their drivers are kind and courteous and always so polite. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend using them.

The pharmacy is very accommodating to my needs.
I suffer from anxiety and if I'm having a particularly bad day, I can call and Dan will send one of the drivers over earlier in the delivery day to help me out.

Phenomenal customer service. Fast and efficient way to get your medications. And they deliver. Easiest company I’ve dealt with for medication. I have had a prescription called in and two hours it is delivered. Not sure how they do it so quickly.

I showed up at 8:45 am knowing that the pharmacy doesn't open until 9 am, when a gentleman from Tristate offered to go and fill my prescriptions, no problem, even though they were 15 minutes early, he filled all my prescriptions right away, with a smile! I'll never go to another pharmacy!
