Very nice team, especially Mike T and Tom. Mike walked around and helped me calculate the amount we needed as well as loading the tile to my car. He was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely be coming back!

I am so happy with the service I received at the Tom’s River Store. Deborah was patient and helpful while assisting me with flooring choices (Coney Island LVP and Ducale White porcelain tile) and even suggested paint colors (which I followed). Nicholas was efficient in placing my orders assuring that I had the correct measurements.
My master bedroom and en suite bath are gorgeous. Thank you!!

Jennifer and Frank in The home design center were awesome to work with. They helped us plan our renovation and get all the supplies we needed. They explained everything and were extremely informative. They were so good that my husband and I didn’t even fight! Highly recommend!

Floor & Decor made getting flooring for my new 3 season room easy! On the first day of shopping, a sales associate took his time showing us samples of what would work for our space. He explained the differences between the types of luxury vinyl they have. We 'purchased' full size samples to try in the room. I contacted the installation provider and set an appointment for measurements. The installer told me exactly what was needed to complete the job. I then went back to the store, returned my samples, and got my money back. I chose to bring it home, but the installer would have gotten it. I just wanted to be sure of the color. Now I just can't wait to have it installed!

Unbelievably easy shopping experience with a great designer. Would highly recommend making an appointment with Kiana Bass. She completely understood what we were trying to accomplish, and was gracious in playing mediator between me and my husband. lol. We’ll be back!

Words can’t even explain how much these two guys help us!! Chris started out helping us, probably regretting it, but was super nice and he’s the kind of guy you want working for you. And then Ethan helped us load our tile into the truck, we felt bad that we didn’t have something to tip them with. But both went above and beyond with everything!! Thank you both so much!! Keep up the phenomenal job!!!

Went to the Tom's River store today and my wife fell in love with a beautiful penny tile for our shower floor. needed about 13 of them but there were only a few on the shelf. Asked an associate if they had any in the back and the first associate said that there was apparently stock but could not find them. Decided to ask a store rep before we checked out. His name was Joel. Joel went into the back and was gone for about 10 minutes. When he appeared he was holding a box of the tile we wished to purchase. He told us that he scoured the warehouse and ultimately found the box on a pallet that had arrived the other day but had yet to be placed in its final home. Joel is truly a super star and the store management should be luck they have such a courteous and conscientious worker. They are hard to find now a days. My recommendation is you promote this gentlemen, and use his work ethic as an example to all.

Very friendly, helpful associates. Large selection, bit overwhelming but you're likely to find something here. Be prepared to do the heavy lifting or be patient until someone can assist you. Free design consultations (by appointment) which will give you some direction. Prices comparable.

The amount of tile that they have is amazing. If you can't decide what to do, they also offer free design service. They also have a large selection of large format tile. So good luck in choosing.

Deborah from the Toms River location was absolutely amazing! She was so experienced and knowledgeable in designing, and helped us to design our 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. She was patient and so nice to work with. We are so looking forward to the finished product, and working with Deborah again in the future!
