My husband and I recent got married in Mexico. JBL Travel Group did an amazing job from start to finish. Originally our wedding group was 85+ people then covid happened and they worked with each individual person in our wedding group, and got anyone who cancelled their refunds! We had a long and crazy journey to actually make this happen and it wouldn't have been possible without them! After rescheduling multiple times and our guest canceling last minute and everything else the pandemic threw our way this travel group still managed to exceed our expectations!

From the stress of planning a destination wedding during a pandemic, they were a dream come true! Joe and Susan were always on top of it. Even when we thought there is no way they are available to answer all questions. Always reassured me any conflict we faced would not be a problem, and they were right.

Best of all they stuck to their word, got us a competitive price, several excursions, transportation to and from the airport anymore! Most importantly all our guest had an amazing time! They even found a way to get ALL our guest a last minute upgrade with the resort to rooms that were almost $200 more a night!

Our wedding day turned out to be everything we imagined and more! We will definitely be booking all further vacations and events through JBL travel group! Thank you again Joe and Susan, you were a god sent and none of this would have been possible without you!

Cancun, Mexico trip was fantastic!
Our group (28+) used JBL Travel Group for a trip in May 2023. Joe and Sue Leo did a fabulous job of coordinating our trip, including the shuttle from the airport to the resort and back.
This was my first time using JBL Travel and was not disappointed. They ensured we were kept up to date on all aspects of our trip. Responses were quick, accurate, personal and thorough.

Let me start by saying, out of all the vacations I have been on this was easily the best one.

I just returned to the states from Mexico a trip we (my wife and I) booked back in 2016/2017. The story goes like this, we put trust in JBL Travel Group to make a beautiful vacation happen in the most stress free way possible. I hate to make a long story short but that is exactly what they did. Aside from planning the wedding the vacation itself was a thoughtless process.

As you know COVID-19 ruined all plans for any trips. Being that our wedding date was supposed to be May 2020 that never happened. Without missing a beat, JBL travel (Joe and Susan) jumped right on it. Got in touch with the resort made sure our rooms stayed reserved, and transferred the 2017 rates over to 2020/21 in addition to MANY and I mean MANY other things. (to name a few) They coordinated transportation, excursions, comps, upgrades and managed to get us a upgrade to a more expensive block of rooms than we had not booked.

Every vendor they work with was cleaner than the US, the cars were sanitary, wipes, sanitizer, they spray your luggage before they put it in the bus to bring you to the hotel. They have mats to wipe your feet, water bottles in a a cooler in the vans EVERYTHING. This was by no means a cost cutters vacation. However, as far as the price was concerned you would have thought it was because it was very cheap for a 5 Star resort...

My wife and I have booked our own trips for years, always thinking we did a great job. Come to find out we had no idea what we were doing... Leave it to the professionals because not only did we get way more than we paid for, but they made this trip void of all stress.

Montego Bay Trip was amazing!!

We used JBL Travel Group for a group trip to Jamaica a couple of weeks ago. Joe Leo and Sue Leo did an amazing job of planning and coordinating the shuttle from the airport to the resort.

This was my first time in Jamaica and Joe kept us all up to date on expectations for international travel as well as any up to the minute changes occurring.

Joe at JBL travel arranged a beautiful vacation at Excellence Riviera that left us having to do nothing! There was nothing to do but relax and enjoy! He was always available anytime anywhere, answered any question we had and of course was always super nice!! He picked the perfect resort for us which was gorgeous, clean and fun and the staff was so courteous and attentive that we were left wanting nothing! Thanks Joe!
