Absolutely fantastic. I brought my car in for service because I had just a little free time and they fit me in. I couldn’t have had a better experience. They serviced everything that I requested and also gave me an estimate of work for the future. I get it, every mechanic shop does this, but I have had the same issue before and brought it to other local places, including the franchises and they all quoted me double if not triple. I will be using D &D from here on out for all of my vehicles. Trust me, my reviews are 100% truthful and legit. I had never been here before and will recommend them to anyone and everyone I come in contact with!!! Hands down the friendliest most accommodating shop around. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You

2016 Chev. Malibu. Living in the area for 2.5 years and I think I have found my shop. After throwing away over $2K with my previous mechanic that was throwing parts at my vehicle for a check engine & "service vehicle soon", I was recommended to go over to Don's who took care of my vehicle in a few days after a full year with the issue and a 9 month expired inspection sticker. Don is busy for a reason, give him some time and he'll get you back on the road. Thanks again Don!

My family has been going to Don at D&D for years now, and he has been able to fix everything we have put in front of him for our 3 vehicles. I had an issue come up with my brakes this most recent visit and he was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. I appreciate that he does everything he can to make sure you’re driving safely, and I will continue to go to D&D in the future!

I lent someone my car and they jump started it wrong and fried the battery. I live an hour away from point pleasant and wasn’t sure who to call. After looking up a local shop and seeing all the five star reviews D&D had I called him. He picked it up within an hour and started to look at it. I know after a car is jumped wrong there could be a whole host of possible problems that could cost a fortune. Don checked it all and just replaced the battery and car has been running great. Thanks a lot Don for being honest and really helping me out.

Just moved down the shore. This guy at Sunoco recommended D and D. Just got an inspection from D and D and met Don and went great. Real nice guy, workers were really nice. He is a Master mechanic I highly recommend him he can't pretty much fix anything. Excellent service.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of service as well as the competitive price for the work we had done recently. Don and his team provided friendly and expert service on our 2022 BMW X3. If we have any further needs we will certainly return to D&D and would highly recommend to others!

I just bought a used 2008 Ford Escape. Ran into an issue with getting the truck started due to a bad plastic housing unit inside the steering wheel column. This happened to me later in the day on a Friday of all days. I had my truck towed to D&D Service Center after only speaking to Donnie on the phone not really knowing what to do or who to call to fix this issue. He was exceptionally friendly and professional and was even able to diagnose the issue with my truck over the phone. By Friday evening he had already taken the steering wheel column apart to confirm that was in fact the issue. By Saturday morning he had already ordered the part and by 3:00pm Saturday afternoon it was fixed and I was on the road again. I do not know anyone or anywhere else you could possibly go to get this kind of service. I can not possibly say enough good things about Donnie, Jaques, and D&D Service Center on a whole. A Million Thanks To You Donnie For All You Do It Is Greatly Appreciated!!

Don was so friendly and helpful when I came to him with a situation I was with my car. He was able to help me with the situation and told me if I had any more troubles to contact him again. Definitely recommend!

D&D garage is top notch service. Greatly appreciate the customer service that both Jacques and Don offer at their garage. I called for new tires. There was no wait, they ordered the tires and got my Jeep in right away for tire change and alignment. The service was quick and convenient. When you walk into the shop they instantly make you feel welcome and part of the family. They get the job done quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much for great service. These guys are Amazing 10/10 recommend!

First time I used there service had an emergency Don got me in ASAP and took great care of my car. He treated me as if I was going to him for 20 years. He’s friendly courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Shop is immaculate I’ve very glad I found them and will continue to use them in future. I highly recommend them.

Did Fantastic work and Only used OEM parts. The prices I paid for the work was very reasonable and they got the work done quick. I also had them do work on my other cars as well and same results. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Our battery was dead when we went to use the car. We managed to get a jump start and made it to Advanced Auto Parts on 88. They recommended we head up the street to D&D to replace the battery, as they can probably fit you in.

We drove there, we needed to go to Wendy’s for lunch anyway. When we came back, it was finished. Very nice/polite, and a good price.

Phenomenal mechanics, phenomenal guys. Forever grateful for Don & Jacques. I wish I knew about them before I went elsewhere in town .. My car had heaps of issues & Don never gave up on my car or me :) he was patient , explained everything , honest, caring, you name it. Neither of these guys have a mean bone in their body. He really cares and treated my car like it was his own. His energy is great, you can feel he just wants to help people & this is his true passion. Every issue on my car he fixed. I’m unbelievably grateful for Don’s help and for fixing my 2001 Land Rover.

My car wouldn’t start, the car itself would turn on but the car wouldn’t start. I originally had the car towed to a closer auto shop that took advantage of me. The shop told me that I needed a new starter, new brakes, new tires and charged me $2k. I drove my car home and the next day when I went to use it, the same problem existed - car would turn on but the car would not start. I towed it back to the shop and called two weeks later to check up on the status of the car and was greeted with ‘we can’t fix it, you should cut your losses’.

I called Don’s shop as I had seen he had experience with foreign cars. Immediately, you could tell he was honest, knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. He took the time to discuss the issue with the car and get all the details he could to properly diagnose the car. He was extremely open and honest and you could tell he really just wanted to help me. He arranged for my car to get picked up at the other shop and 2 days later Don called and explained that it was due to a faulty cable that was a simple fix and that the other auto body shop completely misdiagnosed. Not only did he walk me through what was wrong but he showed me when I went to pick up my car and went one step further and even called the other auto body shop to tell them that they completely misdiagnosed my car.

Don is a very honest and highly experienced mechanic and moving forward, I will only be going to him for all of my auto needs. I would (and plan to!) highly recommend Don and his shop to anyone.

Today was my first-time using D & D Services for a wheel alignment. I had 4 new tires put on my car and the store I purchased them at does not provide the service. I spoke with Don who couldn't have been nicer trying to accommodate me and my schedule. When I arrived at D & D I found the environment to be both comfortable and friendly. When the work was completed, I was shown a printed diagram in reference to my alignment and given an honest opinion of whether I needed additional work done. I was able to get my tires put on and the alignment done all in one day. I would not hesitate to refer D & D to my family and friends. It was a very pleasant experience.
