I used to come here every summer with my best buddy from 2007-2011 then I left for the Navy. Ive come back three times since then and the quality of food is just as good as it was back then.

I dont know how new the Banana bread french toast is, but that was some of the best french toast I've ever had!

I remember Betty and Nicks from the 80s. It was a place where you got a great cup of coffee and everyone knew each other. Poles and reels above you and all around. Anyway the internet has also made surf fishing a lonely, social media posting activity. It's sad to me....

My family and I have been coming to Seaside Park for our annual summer getaway for more than 15 years now, and a breakfast at Betty and Nick's is always a highlight of the trip. Everything they make here is delicious, especially the breakfast offerings. I have been to hundreds of diners across the country, and Betty and Nick's time and time again comes out on top, S-tier establishment. Do not miss this place if you're in the area.

These are good guys! They take good care of their customers, and provide good up to date info on Facebook of fishing conditions each day.

This is what you need kind of a place. Good stock. A wealth of info even if you dont need stuff.

I had Blueberry pancakes and an egg white veggie omelette. Always a good place for an early breakfast.

Breakfast options are plenty and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the food hot. Don't pass up this place for breakfast or lunch!

This place is a local gem. Great breakfast and lunch. Also a great place to get bait and tackle for surf fishing.

Although it's advertised as a "fishing shop" on Google Maps, the restaurant side of Betty & Nick's has the best breakfast & lunch food on the entire island. No one cooks with my heart & passion on the Jersey Shore than Earl.

Came here 4th of July good spot! Cute tables and really filling food for not a bad price. At the end I got the giant coffee that I love which had me shaking for hours and hours

A simple cafe adjoining a bait and tackle fishing shop which has been here for many decades...serving excellent breakfast and lunch specials and sandwiches in-house or to go. Counter and table service is usually friendly and prompt. The locals know each other and make guests feel comfortable should they choose to chat.

Prices are necessarily a little high when the season is only a few months yet they're reasonable because the food is ample and well done and there aren't many other places. Among breakfast choices are eggs with a nice slab of ham or deep fried very crispy bacon, sausage and gravy over biscuits, large pancakes (blueberry is popular) or large variable omelets of your choice. Lunch special sandwiches are listed on the blackboard and the modest
menu. They are usually nicely constructed and filling. You will probably like your visit if your expectations are for a down spot a block from the beach.

It's often a very busy place during the summer season at peak times of the day and week. Dining at tables outside on the sidewalk is also available.

I took my 13 and 11 year old kids for breakfast, and this place did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Look at the photos yourself. The back was crispy, the pancakes were fluffy, and my avocado toast was full of flavor. We are definitely going back.

Nick is a great guy and a knowledgeable patron. I took his advice, bought what he suggested and caught some fish. Need I say more? Betty & Nick's was recommended to me and I recommend them to you. Not just for the fishing tips, they also serve a hearty breakfast to hold you as you get underway. 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾😜

My husband has been getting his fresh bait & a real good Bacon-Egg-& Cheese Sandwich on an Everthyting Bagel 🥯 before he heads for IBSP.

Fantastic breakfast sandwich and coffee. Service was great and the amount of bacon on the sandwich was incredible.
