It's about as olive garden as it gets.
Highly recommend the tortellini, but if you order the gnocchi, always ask for extra gnocchi! The service is nice and quick, and the servers are knowledgeable and friendly.
Major changes to your order will usually run ~$2.00, but that's only for really big things, such as a pasta type change or some meat substitutions.
The pay terminal system is really really good with robust options for pay splitting, including 2-way evenly, 3-way evenly, and itemized, also with individual tips.

My favorite is never ending soup, salad and breadsticks, I think it’s only on weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm only for 9.99! and you can try different soups( all of them are delicious! )
If it’s your first time - try chicken and gnocchi soup !

Wonderful time having lunch here. The food was fresh, and the service was top-notch. I had spaghetti and meatballs, and it was amazing. It was the best I have ever had. If you are ever in the Eugene area, do yourself a favor and have lunch here. You will not regret it. I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture of the food.

Good food and fair pricing to feel like you're eating at a high-end restaurant without actually being at a high-end restaurant. Excellent service as always. Love the portion sizes. -1 star for atmosphere due to being overcrowded and feeling almost as though we were eating with those around us.

Always a wonderful experience. Lovely dining atmosphere, very kid friendly and excellent service. You are treated very well here. Very yummy and filling food with fair pricing. Always a treat bringing the family in for a meal.

Me and my best friend and her 5 year old daughter had lunch here today and our server was absolutely delightful! I really don’t want to get her name wrong because she absolutely deserves this review but I think I remember hearing her say Gwen? So sorry if that’s not even close but her service was excellent and the food was delicious.

I am not from Eugene but was in town on business. After a long day, I was exhausted and I decided to get my favorite comfort food, Italian. I tried to use the Olive Gardenapp to order but was so tired, I forgot to submit the order. When I got to the restaurant, of course they didn’t have it ready because I messed up. A young woman came out and helped me submit my order and expedited it. She was awesome and just the friendly, helpful person I needed right then. I got my order quickly, it was accurate and the food was very good. I could not have asked for better customer service. Next time I’m in Eugene, I’ll be sure to visit again…you’ve got my business!

This was my first time ever to eating at olive garden, OH my was I so missing out of such good food. I can't wait to go back. I had lasagna, salad ,and bread sticks. Very fair priced. Next time, I want spaghetti or shrimp Alfredo. It has a very large parking lot, and a separate order line for to go. I got my order less then 10 minute. Thank you so much

I love coming here for the food, and atmosphere. I always feel tucked away in my own little table or booth, and I love that.

Wonderful trip to Olive Garden. Food turned out perfectly which is unusual. I needed to get my food right away on my limited lunch hour and they put my order in separately so it would come out faster.

We had the best waitress. She was very friendly, provided excellent service and really cared about us. I love the little donuts with the chocolate and blackberry dip. Those are like little doughy pieces of heaven.

my all time favorite resturaunt. ive never had a bad experience. food is good and waiters and waitresses are really respectful and have a good sense of humor. its usually busy, but they get you going constantly.

Just passing through. Very busy so lots of people must like this place! Did not want to wait for a table so ate at the bar. Had the seafood Alfredo, salad, soup and bread. All tasted fresh and well prepared. Bread, as usual, was too salty. Wine (Pinot Noir) was excellent & reasonably priced. I wish I could mention our bartender / server by name! She took very good care of us and was sweet as can be. Thanks for a great experience!

After not visiting for years I had forgotten what a gem the olive garden is. Spent 2 or 3 times as much at the fancy restaurants but more than nostalgia they serve up great food both classic and new. The unlimited breadsticks and salad hit right when I'm not worried about finishing the meal... after all it's about who you're with.

The unlimited breadsticks and chicken soup are great! It was a very busy Friday night and our pasta was late for about 20 mins, but the manager decided that the pasta was on the house.

My wife's birthday Lunch was awesome. 40 zirk, she had the chocolate lasagna cake. And she and it was to die for. She shared it with me. The seafood lasagna was excellent as was the chicken alfredo. Also one of the best salads i've ever had.

Omg, I haven’t eaten here in a long time just because it’s not local for me. I had seafood Alfredo, chicken/dumpling soup, bread sticks and a Ninkasi IPA. Everything was very good, left with a box of food

The food was good, typical Olive Garden food. Restaurant was clean and food came out very prompt. But the service was beyond great!!! Dani checked in with us frequently, made sure we were taken care of and accommodated an allergy from your party members. 10/10 would come again

We always love to go to Olive Garden. We love the Alfredo sauce there & the salad. We've always had good waiters/waitresses.
