Went in to look for some clothes for my 8 year old niece for Christmas I asked employee about having stuff in her size (I know her size just didn't see it any were) and lady seamed annoyed I was in there shopping as a single male, I had my niece in there with me the week prior so she could shop for her mom for Christmas and they were nice I guess they just don't like guys coming in solo to spend money on family

The clothes are super cute and the staff are super friendly. The only complaint I have is there’s not good customer service when you have an issue. I bought a super pretty sweater a while back but it ripped within the first hour of me ever wearing it. Of course I didn’t keep the tags or receipt because it was one of the cutest sweaters I’ve bought and planned on keeping it. A sales associate said a manager would be able to help me exchange it because I didn’t want a revenue, just an exchange for the same sweater without the defect. She took my name and number and said I would be given a call back shortly. I never heard back and have called, gone in and sent emails multiple times since then without hearing anything back from them. I spent almost $40 on a defective sweater that I’ll never be able to wear again. It’s pretty disappointing considering I mainly shop at west end and being given such poor customer service has basically ruined my experience with them. I don’t want to risk spending a good chunk of money on clothes I won’t be able to wear again.

I l love this store! I went in a couple of weeks ago and was looking for a dress as I was looking around the store one of the employees was staring at me and watching me around the store and seems like I was going to steal which I wasn’t and she was giving me a dirty look

I was looking around and the employees made me feel so uncomfortable by how much they were watching me (straight up staring problems) as if I was going to steal something. Once I wanted to try on something they made me give them my bag to try on things. I’ve never had experiences like that in the West End in Salem. I ended up walking right out without getting a jacket I really liked.
After reading the reviews I realized I’m not the only one with that same unwelcoming experience.

First time going in there so wanted to see what they had and was looking through clothes for sizes and looked and had an employee seriously watching me and wouldn’t leave as I was looking through the clothes and would walk somewhere else and I would see her following me so I left because I felt like they were thinking I was stealing for just looking felt super upset about it. Didn’t feel welcomed
