Garden State Dental of Toms River

I had a tooth extracted this week by Dr. Aiello. He explained the process start to finish, no pain, some pressure but overall an easy experience. His dental assistant, Roy helped to calm some fears, he's a very warm and caring person. The entire staff treats me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this office.

I've been blown away by the amount of care and service I've received at Garden State Dental of Toms River! I have tried numerous dentists in the area over the last 18 years; some felt like they were just out to raid my insurance and my pockets, others who were nice and all, but poorly skilled, yet another who was a combination of good work, but had very costly out of pocket charges and among them all there were ancilary issues; old equipment, bad staffers, terrible scheduling, long wait times. Time was running out for me last year, I needed work done and knew I had to take a chance and find a new place. Just like you're doing now, I read through Google Reviews. Asked friends and coworkers and came back to Google reviews again and narrowed the list down to just a few and settled on Garden State Dental and Dr. Michael Aiello. From my very first call where I was provided an appointment within a few days time, by an incredibly friendly staffer. At my appointment I was evaluated, given a plan with the scope of work and isurance costs as well as estimated out of pocket costs. That same day I received a fantastic cleaning and met with my whole care team. Over a period of several months I was given appointments that fit my schedule, had text check-ins and reminders, and even received personal phone calls with opportunities to move up my appointments! The front desk staff is pro-active and outstanding! You need scheduling, they're on it, you have a billing question, it gets answered, you need a print out, they got you. Appointment times were very accurate. Outstanding, modern day equipment. The hygenist; informative, caring, and genuinely concerned for your well being. Absolutely no one is pedalling products! Everyone seems like family; this whole place is just like that! It feels like you just became part of their family. I'm only sorry I didn't find my way to them sooner! Most of my work has now been completed. My next visit is just for my 6-month cleaning :) I'm glad I finally found excellent competent dental servies, with knowledgable, caring, friendly staffers without it all costing me an arm and a leg!
Trust me when I tell you, this is the place you've always hoped you'd find and oddly, you probably drive right past it weekly, if not daily!

I was able to get an appointment a (couple weeks ago) very quickly which was so nice. Not having dental for many many years (10+ish) I was nervous. The tech who did my cleaning was so thorough, she explained everything to me- went into details on how everything was working- and made sure I didn’t feel like I was just a number. I went today for a couple fillings and still felt that same level of care was met. They make sure you are comfortable and keep checking in! Literally am so impressed with this place.

I was very nervous coming in. From checking in to checking out, Everyone was extremely nice. Dr. Aiello was wonderful. I felt like he actually listened to me. Took his time to answer my questions.

Dr Aiello and staff are very efficient and accommodating and always on time. Never afraid of going to the dentist, clean and friendly atmosphere. Will highly recommend.

I've been using GSD for over 5 years. Their office and exam rooms are clean and kept updated. The doctor is great and a "gentle" dentist. The office staff are courteous and helpful.

My experience has been positive every visit . The staff are very supportive & patient. The dentist was amazing. I would advise all to use Garden State Dental!

The office is always clean and the staff are very friendly. My hygienist, Hadeer, is the best. She is always friendly, professional, and cares about your oral health.

The office is well run and operates efficiently at least in my experience. Waiting times are reasonable. Dr. Michael Aiello is terrific. Kind, caring, patient and skilled. Even last appointment of the day, he still had a smile. Can’t ask for more than that.

Hadeer was exceptional. The entire staff were friendly and very welcoming. Well worth the 1hr drive.

They were really nice and walked me through every step! It was my second ever dentist appointment (I was nervous) but they made it really easy!

Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Very friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation for me. My last dentist didn’t exactly make me comfortable and made me feel terrible about my situation so this was a breathe of fresh air. The price was very fair for the services provided. The receptionist even helped me with getting me in a dental program that really helped and will be helpful down the line. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

The entire staff was very professional, answered all of my questions, and addressed every concern I had. My dentist is so professional, non-judgemental and immediately took care of my issue...now I'm completely pain-free.
