Buying a used car is always tricky because you just never know who to trust, especially when it comes to car salesmen. I have had bad experiences with other places in the past, but I am happy to say that I would recommend this place. The prices were fair, and I was able to see a full report on the vehicle's history (like a car-fax report). I dealt with Stas, and he was great- No BS, good customer service skills, cares about his reputation, and he made sure we left happy. It was a pleasure doing business with him- I love my new (used) car!

I had been looking for a decent preowned vehicle. I went back a second time a few months later, and saw my Jeep still in the lot. I knew it was waiting for me. I went in and talked with Stas Shilman. After a test drive and a bit of negotiation, she was mine. After a sizable down payment, the payments are reasonable. A limited warranty was also provided to me. They also had no problems with taking more than a minimum payment when due, and likewise was super understanding if I was late on one. Great people and excellent vehicles.

I walked into Stas Shilman Autoluxgroup for a vehicle and my experience there was amazing! I got just the car I wanted left with A 2010 Ford Focus that runs amazingly with no problems! safe and reliable. the owners when I walked in was very helpful and Straight to the point. This place is fantastic ! I was in search of a new car and was referred to them. One of the employees walked me around to each car that was in my price range , knew every make model how many miles for each car I inquired about off the back of his head. He was very patient with me rode in each car i test drove , i did not feel rushed to make a decision, they made me feel extremely comfortable. Stas the car dealer that sold me the vehicle was too extremely nice patient and very professional. A car caught our eye here during after hours, when we returned the next day we were greetsed by an owner who let us look at the cars of interest with ease, no pressure. Stas, Elena and Lenny at AutoLux Group of Lakewood NJ are a first class preowned car sales family operation that treats their customers like family. I met them when I found on the web a car they were offering. We were in a bind and needed to close on a car within a couple of days for my daughter to drive back to Georgia after totalling her car on her visit to NJ.

There was a minor mechanical detail that Stas resolved by the next day only for us to see an alternative newly arrived vehicle on his lot that we felt was a better fit. Again, knowing we had only one more day to make the deal before the trip back, Stas pulled out all stops and readied the vehicle for sale for us.

We had accepted the car deal. While in final inspection before delivery to us, Stas discovered a possible serious bearing issue that we did notice during our test drive. Knowing my daughter was going to immediately drive to Georgia, Stas had the repairs done at his expense when I would have otherwise driven off the lot with the issue unresolved.
