Lobster Dock

We had the PEI mussels and shrimp cocktail for starters...a whole pound of delicious mussels, and huge shrimp. The lobster roll was so good and a super generous portion, served with lots of crispy french fries. Really friendly people.

My husband and I each enjoyed a lobster roll and a beer at the bar during an afternoon on the boardwalk. I’ve never had a better lobster roll! The bun was perfectly toasted and buttery, and packed with more lobster meat than I’ve ever had on a lobster roll. For $27, you can’t beat it….normally I can’t go without paying $30+ and there’s hardly any lobster. Well done guys!! It also comes with a heavy portion of skinny & crispy French fries (the best). I hardly made a dent. I asked for some ranch to dip them in and even the ranch was amazing!! Tasted homemade. Overall I was really impressed with this place.

I had surf & turf, steak & fried shrimp, baked potato & corn on the cob, absolutely delicious! Husband had lobster roll, French fries & daughter had lobster pot with lobster & clams with roasted potatoes & corn on the cob, best she ever had! Too bad they're closed for the winter!

Had the crab cake sandwich which was very very good and we also ordered raw bar items which we also thought was very good and fresh! Prices for raw bar was extremely reasonable considering location and quality. Wish they offered potato chips instead of fries and a potato salad option would be a nice edition to menu.

Ordered takeout tonight for my family… everything was delicious!! The Dock Burger was perfection & so was the buttermilk chicken sandwich! Kids had the chicken tenders… they were HUGE & freshly made (not frozen). Highly recommend for a wonderful family dinner down the shore!!

I had the lobster pot the price was very reasonable ($59.00), it included 1 whole lobster, potatoes, corn on the cob, shrimp, and steamed clams. Everything was cooked perfectly.
I think our server was new. He wasn't horrible, but I had to ask for things and wait (like claw crackers, a bowl for my shells, cocktail sauce). He was friendly but needs a little time. I also couldn't find him after I signed my bill. I left him a cash tip and wanted to make sure he got it but after 10 minutes, I decided if one of he coworkers took it, it was on him.

Really nice and relaxed, food was good, service was great. Shrimp were huge, no problem sharing entrees. Broiled new england combo - nice mix of foods. Large spring mix salad.

Lobster Dock is a great seafood spot located right off the beach in Seaside Heights, NJ! The food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for a beach vacation. I highly recommend the lobster roll!

Came with my dad and his friend, both in their 80s. First time there and definitely not my last time. Seafood platter for appetizer was fresh and granddad's loved their fresh Manhattan Clam Chowder. I had a great baked grouper sandwich. Looking forward to next trip...

Had the lobster roll they lightly toasted the roll with a little butter it was wonderful had Cajun French fries and great coleslaw

1st time dining at the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the food and service. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Had the mussels, wings and shrimp as appetizers. Wings were fantastic. Wife and friend ordered the cold shrimp to peel, but it came out hot which the waiter immediately said it would be on the house. Great offer. The wives wanted it cold so he brought out a unbelievable shrimp cocktail instead which was outstanding. We all had sandwiches, crab cakes, flounder which were all great. BYOB which you can’t beat. Would definitely recommend and will be back again. Good luck and keep up the great work.

Visited for the first time tonight. All staff was friendly, food was delicious, reasonably priced, and plenty of parking. Our waitress Kelly was phenomenal. I had mentioned that we had a 6pm show at The Music Man and she made sure we got our food in time and were ready to go with a few minutes to spare. Little things like that go a long way and are much appreciated.

Great friendly spot, limited menu, very good, mostly seafood, but does do a meat special, byob!

We are vacationing in Lavallette, NJ this year and went to the Lobster Dock restaurant for dinner. Due to COVID-19, there was only outside dining but there were a good number of tables on their patio and on the sidewalk. The restaurant and tables are clean. The menu is limited, but adequate if you like seafood. They also have a raw seafood menu. No alcohol is served here but you can BYOB. Our waitress was very pleasant and did a great job, and explained the specials well. Music played over the speakers was mainly “beach” songs and reggae. We ordered the lobster roll and crab cake sandwiches which came with seasoned potato tots and coleslaw, the cooked peel & clean shrimp with butter sauce, and the strip steak special which came with a baked potato and corn on the cob. All our meals were delicious and the portions were good. We just ordered one soda and the total bill for four came to $115. Recommend.

We went here on a last minute plan and we were so happy we did! Food was delicious and service was great. Its BYOB which is no a big deal, we picked a couple of bottles of wine and all was perfect. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

We have been twice in the last 3 weeks for there Lobster Rolls! They are So yummy. The Waitstaff is super friendly and hardworking! You won’t be disappointed.

What a fantastic place!!! The Lobster boil was wonderful and or waitress... Well let's just say she earned the 60% tip. She was sweet. Attentive and kind. Happy anniversary to us!

Fantastic lobster roll, shrimp and fries. Food came out quickly too. The staff was very friendly and polite.
