The Goddard School of Brick

We have had the best experience transitioning our son to preschool at The Goddard School in Brick. He’s a 2020 baby so I thought we’d have a tough time but he loves to go to school and it’s definitely because of his teachers! The owner, Megan and director, Marie have been so friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. After touring a few schools in Brick, we are super happy with our decision to send our son to The Goddard School!

Our son started daycare in January and at first it was a hard transition for both him and us. However, everyone at The Goddard School of Brick was very helpful and got us through this difficult time. The teachers and staff are wonderful, caring, and dedicated to help him grow and learn. We are very happy with The Goddard School of Brick and would highly recommend to other parents.

The Goddard School of Brick is an amazing place! From the warm welcome of the staff every time you entered the building. It's such a clean and fun learning environment, this place is magnificent! From drop off to pick up, there is a plan in place that creates efficiency and structure - always putting the kids first! Communication is timely, reassuring and detailed (with dates, times, pictures, learning objectives and reminders). We are truly grateful for the love and care they provide for our son!

I absolutely love this Goddard school. I had a bad experience with my first day care and really shopped around before coming to the Goddard in Brick. I felt so at ease the second I walked through the door. Cheryl is an amazing director. You are up to date at all times with what is going on with your child. They do the cutest monthly parties within the school as well. The teachers are amazing with the children and keep you up to date with all social and emotional growth as well as smarts! No other school compares.

I am beyond happy with The Goddard School of Brick. We recently moved and decided to enroll our son here based on the outstanding parent reviews. They held up to their reputation! We had to disenroll our son from a preschool due to the move and were concerned about his transition into a new environment. I have to say he is HAPPIER here! My 1st impression was my phone call with the director, Marie, who answered most of questions and concerns before I even asked. She set the stage for what the school was going to be like for our son. My 2nd impression was meeting the owner, Cheryl, who was equally sweet and comforting, a mom herself. You can tell she really cares about her school and the children and it's not about the financial gain (as it is with other school we have spoken to.) You get the feel of a home environment where they treat the children as their own. Coming from a Montessori school, again, we were hesitant about a new approach to learning but our son took to it so well; the "learning through play" made a world of difference for him. He is thriving. His teacher Miss Nichole, is so caring and attentive and is always available for communication even with the stricter covid protocols of staying outside of the building. Our son is so happy to walk through those doors everyday which says a lot about the staff and makes me a very happy parent.
