Fuji Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi & Sushi (Forked River)

Went for lunch so it was not very busy. The service was on point, the prices were fair and the food was really good. The establishment was clean and well organized.
Would like to go back for dinner and sit in one of the cool low tables.
Decent vibe.
TV is unnecessary IMHO.

Attended White Elephant employee holiday party. Great time,great service, took home awesome gift.

Sushi dinner is fresh. Incredible Roll, Route 9 Roll are among the best.

Authentic Japanese food and I love the Japanese inspired seating areas. We ordered the Fuji Combination Tempura and it was well worth it and I highly recommend it. The Beef Sukiyaki was tasty and great too. Sushi/maki were fresh and very much enjoyable. Service was awesome!

We pass by the place all the time and the parking lot is always full. We decided to give it a shot for an earlier dinner around 4 on a Saturday. Timing was perfect. Both of us has sushi all with brown rice. The Kobe roll on special was fantastic! We both found that soup and salad dressing were sweeter than we usually have. The brown rice was decent. But the food was great all around. Considering everything we ordered, the price was about right.

This place was excellent, the fish was so fresh and the manager was a true gentleman. I was there yesterday celebrating my birthday which they made very special. I would rate this place 10 stars and compare the quality to New York City’s food.

Been awhile since we were last here. No particular reason we hadn't. We've enjoyed it in the past as well. I'm happy to say it's still great. Service and food both excellent. Will definitely be back sooner.

We love it here! Usually not too busy and we always get sat right away. Food and sushi is fresh and delicious. Best Japanese in this area!

Was pleasantly surprised! First BYOB Japanese Hibachi steakhouse I've seen anywhere. The food was outstanding!!
(I was surprised to find that kind of quality.)
The filet mignon definitely made my top 10 list. I would highly recommend especially for a family. Very Fun!

My wife and I love Fuji. We only recently moved to the area and were looking for a good sushi place nearby and this is easily our favorite now. Fuji surpasses all of my prior favorite places for sushi. The sushi is quality and you get plenty of fish in each piece. They have a good menu and fun specials as well. The service is always good and staff are friendly. I have not yet tried the hibachi there, but looks like a lot of fun and everyone always seems to be pleased with it

Really underrated sushi place at the shore. The fish is fresh and really well priced. Also has a hibachi restaurant attached, so many options under the same roof.
BYOB as well so bring those bottles!

Absolutely delicious! The full hibachi experience. Fun fun fun! We went without a reservation but they do recommend having one. Nonetheless, we were a party of 5 accommodated fairly quickly. My kids loved it and my husband and I were entertained and filled up on yummy food.
