Christopher's Pub

Attached to Howard Johnson's, Christopher's is a great place to grab a bite. The bar there is nice, fun crowd that perks up when a band is playing or karaoke is going on.

This place is outrageous!

We took a chance on a rather big inconvenience not knowing anything about Christopher's. Our group was searching for a convenient location to have a fun night of food, drink, and entertainment.

We were off to a bad start. The Pub's poor communications logistics is very frustrating. For instance, the restaurant's phone number went, and as of today still does, go straight to voicemail, which is always full. The FB page and the venue's website events calendar page do not show if any live entertainment is scheduled. And since you can't get someone to speak to, it makes you not want to head there if you are looking for live music.

And sure, there was some sketchiness at the Pub proper. I got hit with a blast of potent weed. I'm bald af, but my eye brows twitched from it.

NOW...let me tell you. In spite of its challenges, none of which are insurmountable, this place is a niche little gem. It has a cool vibe too it. It's easy too meet other patrons. For the most part, the people were friendly. The staff were great. The Lenny Davis Band...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Amazing!
Everybody has a blast. We were dancing like fools.

So...to Pub Management. Please just address the phone and Events Calendar issue. Maybe find a designated weed smoking area.

Other than that ...good times ..good times!!!

Awesome food, service, atmosphere! 1st time here cause were staying in the Hotel and came down for dinner. The waitress was amazing! Had 80's music playing, all the tv's were playing different sports games. We're we sat I noticed there was a disco ball, signs on the beams, neons lights, just was a cool place!!

Cant say enough good things about this place!! First time here!! The live music Blue to Green was excellent!! The bartender was excellent..such a cozy atmosphere and great food..will definitely be back!!

This place has really turned around. I'm glad to see it's being cleaned up. Great entertainment there

The service was great, and the meatball parm was amazing - I considered going back for another one! The AC was broken, and the little fan wasn't cutting it, but they made the best of it!

This is becoming my favorite spot in Toms River. I love Friday nights, karaoke nights and the Halloween party was amazing. Everyone's costumes were on fire I recommend Christopher's pub to everybody and let me tell you the menu is to die for you have to try to open steak you will be coming back for more 😋

Love this place. Everyone is so happy. The band was great. Think they were called "Vida Loca".

Great atmosphere and the best onionrings I have ever had, hands down. However the loaded nachos is made with a chili that seems to use ketchup or something similarily sweet as a base. The Jalapeño was excellently fresh and flavorful and the presentation was beautiful. We attended for the first time at a Friday Karaoke night and had a blast with a greatncrowd and wonderful atmosphere.

Had an awesome experience here during karaoke night! Don't know who the guy is who sang rap God, but I give him mad props. Great atmosphere

Love this bar! The food is only outdone by the great staff and wonderful atmosphere... I highly recommend the chicken quesadilla and grean tea shots!

THE MUSIC TONIGHT WAS FANTASTIC!! DANCING ... ALFREDO IS AWESOME! THE FOOD IS GOOD AND OUR WAITRESS TOP NOTCH!! LET ME KNOW WHEN Alfredo will be there again

Try Karaoke Night on Friday and live band on Saturday!! Ask for Stevie on Saturday, the best bartemder😁🍹So much fun!

Awesome!! Went there for my bday with my daughters...we had a blast watching kareoke and dancing...service and food was great!! Will go again..🤗

It's a very friendly place the service is very good. Never had a bad experience there and prices are fair. The food is good and the place is very clean.

Very nice, intimate place. Great menu.. Grill behind the bar all night. Kitchen available earlier. Fantastic bands every Saturday

Great everyone is nice love to dine here too with great music. Bartenders are devine too. Love everything about this place.
