Excellent job by the C.J. Wats team. Jim answered my call on the 3rd ring to take my info and the description of the work I needed done. Brain called by mid-morning the next day to get additional details and within a few hours Andy was at our house to complete the work. They were all very professional, friendly, and prompt. Andy did very high-quality work, was quick, clean and tolerant of my questions and monitoring. I will definitely be using them for any future work and recommending them to others. Thanks Guys.

CJ Watts was highly recommended to us by our friends and now we would highly recommend them as well. Brian responded to our call very quickly since we had no power to half of the house. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. The repair was ultimately the responsibility of the power company, but Brian's quick response and knowledge were very much appreciated.

They were great. Super friendly guys. Explained everything. Said when they were gonna be there and called to update. Took care of the fix and did a great job. Very happy with them.

First thing this morning a nice young man, Andy, appeared at our door to fix the issue. He was prompt and professional. The issue was resolved in a few minutes and out the door he went. These guys are great. Prompt courteous, efficient, and affordable. Their work is top notch and they don't pull any kind of bait and switch. They tell you what the problem is and give you the choice of how to move forward rather than say something like
"I'm the electrician and you have to listen to what I tell you."
They care about customer service and satisfaction and they don't make a mess.

I lost power to my entire townhouse
I received a very quick response . The problem was diagnosed and repaired in an extremely timely fashion. Very professional , would definitely use agin as well as recommend. A+++++

I can’t speak to the Quality work for this company but I can speak to their level of professionalism. I was just almost run off the road by one of their work vans at 7:30 AM on 195 East. The worker was swerving back and forth in the lane, tailgating, speeding and driving overall recklessly. If this is any indication of the rest of their business I wouldn’t be anxious to call and hire them for electrical work.
