Awesome experience. Kaili was more then helpful. She told me she had been there for 2.5 years and I would of thought longer. Very professional. Very confident. Even told her, new nickname should be "confident kaili".
I'll definitely be back. Look forward to my next experience. Give that girl a raise!!!

one of the best Jersey mikes locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to countless. Very clean, bright and welcoming. Very friendly staff. Todd made me a 42 (chipotle chicken cheesesteak) that was out of this world!! great bread at this location, meat cooked to perfection and super flavorful.

Put two steps into the place to grab my sandwich and was out.
I've been there before, and the guys there are great! Good is always made on time as I usually order via my phone app.

My company ordered from the catering menu, Todd was amazing! So helpful with suggestions for everyone’s different tastes and everything was perfect at pick up!

100/5 stars, imo. Really cool and friendly people working there! Ordered the "Mini Mike." (Go get it, it's adorable.) Went to my car aaaand dead battery. Headed back inside and asked if I could hang out while I waited for help, but Jersey Mike's to the rescue! Shoutout to Nick from Jersey Mike's who jumped my car! It was so nice of him to help me. Give that guy a raise!

Excellent Service!! Love the greetings and personalities in this store. I come by more for the conversation, the jokes and the trivia more so than for the subs, although the subs are great too!!

This place is great out of all the Jersey Mike's in Toms River this one is the best. Don't take my word for it come check it out for yourself the staff here is outrageous places clean

I always like this place. I either get the roast beef sub or I get the Italian sub. I get points because I signed up for it but it takes a long time to finally get enough points for a regular size sub. All in all their sub are always delicious.

This location is easy to get to, but not easily seen from normal traffic. It is in the same strip mall as Office Lounge, Model's & Five Below. Employees always greet you as you enter, and are friendly. Service is excellent, and I have never been disappointed with sandwiches from any JM location. Being a member of the Shore Points is easy, and earns points toward future purchases. Mondays are double point days. No card required, just sign up and enter your phone number when you check out.

Subs are fab. Sandwuch Makers and Servers are SO friendly here. They are keepers. Be B!G. Jay

SO glad for this new location! Very convenient to get a fresh sub! Between this site and the other new one on Hooper, I don't see how local Subways can compete. Jersey Mike's is the most fresh sub you can get - their meats are cut fresh for your sandwich and piled high.

Great service..sandwich meats & toppings fresh...mini roll could have been a little fresher (softer).
Packaged brownie either overbaked it stale....edges very hard...overall positive experience. Husband's roll was fresh...larger roll than mini.

I've never had a bad sub at a Jersey Mike's and this location is no different. Staff were very friendly and restaurant was very clean. My only wish is that they'd make their hot pepper spread a little hotter.

Great staff, worked fast under pressure! Were polite to all.
