Applebee's Grill + Bar

We came here for lunch after spending some time in the mall, and the food court looked a little lackluster. We got the 2 for $26, which is still a pretty decent deal despite the cost going up in the past couple years. We did the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer, and I got a classic burger as my meal. Our server, whose name I forget, was super nice. The mozzarella sticks were good, and I expected them to be decent since they were likely frozen. The burger was also good, but when it was brought out to me, it did not have cheese on it despite it having it in the picture. I sliced my burger in half to get a picture of the middle of the patty, I asked for medium. When I told my server that I thought that the burger came with cheese, he responded “It does.” And I showed him it didn’t have cheese, and he said he’d take it back to put cheese on top. It came back with some cheese on top, which I was a little surprised about. It wasn’t melted like I’d hoped for. Still, the flavor was fine. The fries were nice and crispy. I definitely recommend this location, it’s nice to sit down after walking around the mall for half of a day.

We had a big party and our waiter Jill was amazing!!! She was fun and polite! Definitely coming back to this Applebees!

We stopped here for a "quickie" and were delighted to have the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, super yummy!

We loved our waitress. Her name is Anna. She was super friendly and the food came sizzling and fast to us.
The reason for 4 stars on the food was, that it was a little too salty, but other than that it was great.

My wife and I went for dinner recently and had a really nice experience there. Food was good and the service was really good as well.

Prices going up and up. Not only here , but everywhere.
Pretty soon everyone will be staying home because they won't be able to afford it. Thanks, Joe. That said, Applebee's is still a great place and still a great value to go for lunch, appetizers, dinner and dessert. Drinks, too.
I don't know how I didn't know this sooner since I go there frequently, but I just realized they have bone in buffalo wings as an appetizer. They were great! I definitely like the Applebee's in Manchester better than the Toms River restaurant in the mall. It seems dishes I've recently ordered in Manchester, were told by the waitress in TR weren't available for years. I was also told by a waitress there a while ago they didn't have bone in buffalo wings. Then I'm told they always had them. So, what's up with that? Oh, one more thing that really bothered me about the Toms River restaurant. We were not seated because one of our party did not arrive yet. Even though the restaurant was empty. The host was adamant about not seating us. I can't tell you how many times at the Manchester Applebee's we've been seated waiting for the rest of the party to arrive. I'll make it a point to only go to the Manchester Applebee's from now on.

waiter was great so was the best I've had. Better than other 1 I usually go to. The one in mall was great all around

Our waiter Jill was absolutely amazing. I absolutely adored her. She was very nice and fun. I was joking with her and her energy was just amazing. Christina the bartender was absolutely amazing as well. I love them and will have them serve me every time. Thank you for having these woman work here. They really made my experience great

Excellent food and service.. the waitress that we had, came back to the table like five times to check up on us.. I am very happy I decide to toms Rivers Applebee's.

We been seated very quickly. Food was good as well. Hostess Diana was very sweet and kind. Over all great experience.

Always good! We do the 2 for deal with the 8oz sirloins and wings! Can’t beat it for $40! Friendly staff and great service makes the experience that much better!

Who knew that you could get a terrific grilled cheese sandwich, a delicious bowl of tomato basil soup and a drink for $10.99?

Went to grab a bite to eat today and Laura was our waitress. The restaurant was busy and she was running back and forth from the bar, to the kitchen, to the ppl tables. With that being said she still gave us the absolute best service. Thank you for an awesome experience!!!!

Ally B was an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL server. She gave me a great suggestion on what to order. She was extremely friendly and came to check on us often! I will definitely be coming back and requesting to be put in her section! We had an excellent experience!
