Met Dr. Raso for the first time,enjoyed talking with him and he made me feel relaxed. Went over my procedure that I will be having and he explained everything I needed to know. The Dr. was very attentive to what I was explaining to him . I didn't feel rushed out of his office. The staff are helpful and very friendly and the office is very clean. Very good experience!

I have been a patient of Dr. Raso for over 20 years. He explains things in laymen's words, gives you the opportunity to ask questions and does not rush through the appointment. He is one of the very most kind and caring physicians I have ever met. His office staff is very helpful and professional.

Just had my first visit with Dr Raso. I was told he is a very nice man and not only is this 100% true, but he's so friendly and funny and made me feel extremely comfortable. He listened to me, explained everything in plain english and didn't rush through the appointment. The office is spic and span clean and the staff is warm and friendly. I highly reccomend him. I would give him 100 stars if it were possible!

Dr. Raso took a good deal of time with me getting full details and during the exam. He was so warm and very kind. He gave me samples and had me contact the office after 10 days to see how it helped. When I ran into a problem getting the prescription from my pharmacy, the office staff was very helpful getting more samples until the problem can be corrected.

My experience was exceptional, the staff was extremely competent, the office ran like a well oiled machine. I Highly recommend all the docs for your GI issues.

Dr. Raso is a good Doctor but some members of staff are rude and confrontational. Definitely doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

Sadly we left Dr. Raso as he was less than efficient and did not provide any test results or have consultations regarding a colonoscopy, capsule swallow and other testing. His office did not offer any interest and as a result and after much sudden unexplained weight loss after colonoscopy, no information can only be the result of why my husband is in the ICU today. Shame on this practice for lack of interest. Oh yes, he seems like a real nice man but eyebrows are raised that no report or images were provided after they were done. Left us up in the air and non provided to a new gastro doctor. Shame on this Practice! Wouldn't let him treat a Barbie Doll.

I went to see Dr Raso for the first time. He was very friendly and he asked me about my military experience and he told me about his. He gave me a gown to examine me. He did not offer a standby and honestly it wasn’t until my daughter asked me if there was a standby there that I realized that there should have been one there. I laid on my left side (there was a wall on the right side) facing the wall. He performed the examination then proceeded to lean across my body to talk to me. I was pinned there until I realized he was not getting off of me so I moved him off of me. He continued to talk to me then he left the room to get some samples for me. I got dressed and opened the door wide. He came in and by this time I was very uncomfortable. He sat next to me and explained the medication. I got up and left and will NEVER back to him again.

Dr. Raso was amazing at my first consultation appointment. I had hope that he would help solve my issues from surgery that my surgeon just blew off. A few days later I had an endoscopy which everyone was great at the surgicenter.
Then I had to constantly call for my biopsy results which took weeks instead of 7 days. Then Dr. Raso never called me for my telehealth appointment. When I finally got thru to the office I was told they'd give home the message. I've called numerous times every week for a month now and still no call from him. I still haven't had him fully go thru my results or formulate a plan of care. So I've now been suffering for another 3 months of no answers.

Had blood work and ct scans done.
Told me what was wrong and never
Helped me with my problem.
Really scary.
