They really upgraded and redid this whole place the right way. The wait time is minimal and the atmosphere makes it feel like a breeze such amazing friendly staff they are so knowledgeable and explained my whole car troubles to me so that I understood everything. They were very fairly priced as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the waiting room was so relaxing they even had such a cool chair to sit in that massages you while you wait for your car to be ready.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Priority. From start to finish, their honesty, helpfulness, patience and kindness made my car-buying experience made the process extremely smooth.
They were really good with following up with me after I had a few questions about the car I had bought, and made sure that everything I had needed was taken care of.
I would definitely recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase.

Mark has a lot of knowledge in what he sells and got me the best rates for my Auto loan .I was in Rahway NJ at a dealership and all they were trying to do was suck me into a longer term loan to take advantage of me . Not here , Mark is honest and t had what was best of interest for me and got me the car I wanted for a good price that was in my budget on a 48 month Finance with no money down except plates and registration.This is my Second purchase from Priority Auto Mall in 3 years and I am looking forward to do more business with them.

Absolutely excellent experience. Everyone was very professional and laid back; I never felt they were trying to pressure me as some salesmen do. The prices are fair, they don't charge any 'hidden' fees,' they gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and were very accommodating when there was a delay with my financing. It is obvious that they care a lot about their reputation. I wholeheartedly recommend Priority Auto Mall.

This is my second time going to Priority Auto Mall in Lakewood and I live all the way in Brooklyn. I had an excellent experience both time i went. Used to go in Brooklyn but I would always have a horrible experience... A nice guy by the name of Mark helped me and was awesome! So pleasant and professional... Unparalleled customer service for months after. I bought a second hand car from these guys a few months ago. Whenever I have any minor issue they still service me for free with the biggest smile. This means they stand behind their cars and are one of the only trustworthy dealers in the area. They walked me through the process from A-Z.

Customer service was beyond fenonimal. From the moment I stepped through those doors, I knew I was in good hands. They don't mark up the vehicle by 5k to bring it down 3k. They advertised my vehicle for a great price and we settled on the spot for the same advertised price. NO MARK UP OR HIDDEN FEES. (Except for tax of course) I shopped around for about a month and was tired of choosing a car, only to have 3k in dealer fees, closing fees, bank fees etc. added on. Only regret I have, is not finding them before wasting a month of my life.
