Had an awesome experience with Built Rite Window. Had to enclosed an existing deck. I wanted all windows and they delivered it!! Our room came out great, better than I was expecting! Ron, Vinnie and all the workers have been extremely kind, nice, and professionals. Can’t wait for the next project. I would highly recommend them!!!

We just had all of the windows replaced in our house (18). The job was done in 2 days. We are extremely happy with the way they look and perform. The 2 installers were professional, courteous and friendly. They were efficient and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. They deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this this family owned business.

I purchased windows and patio doors from Built-Rite a few years ago. Recently the screen doors needed adjusting. Built-Rite send some one out the next day to adjust them. They work fine now. I whole-heartedly recommend them. Great company! I would definitely use them again.

November 2016 Built-Rite replaced my front door, including the storm door and the back sider. Super professional installations, no mess left when they were done and the doors look like a million bucks. Extremely happy with the quality, installation and keeping us informed on schedules. Highly recommend Built-Rite, they really care about their customers.

I Googled Built-Rite looking for window parts. The pleasant gentleman picked up right away on a Saturday morning & within moments, he helped me discover I had the wrong co. to replace the parts. Instead of saying he couldn't help, he placed me on hold & found the name of a company that may carry the parts I need & gave tips on how to do. WOW. Great customer service even when he knew I wasn't going to be a customer! I will look them up when ready to replace.

After some issues John helped expedite the replacement of our bow window. All other work exceed our expectations! Built Rite did it right!

Had 9 windows installed two days ago. The two young men who that came to put the windows in were amazing as are the windows. We couldn’t be happier.

We had some new windows put in 2021. The service was great. We were kept up to date on our order delivery. Once the windows arrived the insulation was quick with no issues. Ask for Vinny to install.

We are considering putting a three season room on the back of our house. Went to the showroom to look at a room and left name and number to schedule an appointment.

Nice guy but absurdly overpriced

I signed my contract with them 3 months ago and they have now brought the wrong size windows twice. This second time, they said the box said the correct size so they ripped the old windows out without even realizing. Every time I've called to ask what's going on, whoever answers the phone has given me a different answer and no one has even apologized for messing up. I was trying to get better windows before my baby was born so I wouldn't have an infant in a drafty house and should have been able to with the time frame they gave me. Winter's more than halfway over and still no luck. The only reason I'm leaving two stars and not one is because the workers who come to the house are always very professional, competent and kind

Edited to add: I spoke with Ron, the "boss" to cancel my contract. He passed the buck on the workers and the closest he came to an apology was "Well, doesn't that figure"
He found the correct sized windows and said they'd come back to install them I said not today and he was incredulous at that. I said I have work. I called back to say no thanks, it doesn't seem like it would be worth it with the competence level so far and he said he'd "figure out" how to get me my money back.

The personnel are very helpful and the installers the same, however, the product leaves a lot to be desired. The sliding glass door rattles when opened or closed, the door sticks, the lock is flimsy and cheap and even though it is only 3 months old will not be replaced by manufacture, we have to deal with it!!!, the screen is so light that when the slightest wind blows it will open. We also had windows installed they stick and require work to open. I am regretting not going to Sears or Anderson

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Nothing but problems since day 1, most (not all) the staff is rude and idiotic. They make appointments for services then never show up MULTIPLE times, completely forget to communicate or file appointments. They don't show up, don't show up on time, send the wrong people for the wrong jobs, lie, and play games. It's horrible how many days we've wasted on this going in circles. Then once they FINALLY come they screw up the job and have to return more times. It's mind boggling and I wish we never went with them. Can't even get ahold of them over the phone as they outright ignore calls, calling over 2 hours and nobody picks up
