Excellent customer service, my nails were perfect and my hair was phenomenal. I have to continue trying the other services, I loved the place, I recommend it. The girl who does manicure and pedicure is very professional and the one at the front desk is very friendly. Finding everything in one place is priceless.

The service was great. I had a hydro-facial and my eyebrows. The young lady who did my facial was super sweet. Dharianna and Mayoli are the best for eye brows. Dharianna is very professional and makes sure you are happy with the outcome. I’m glad I took a chance with them.

Leina did an amazing job (micro-needling & plasma ) she took her time and made me feel comfortable.

This is a beautiful and cozy spa. The communication is good and they speak to you with that exact point what they’re doing to you. Today I got a Deep Facial with Yokaira and it was amazing! She was explaining everything to me step by step! The peace that I felt in that room was like if I were in heaven! The energy that people around has is another level !! Very good one. I will absolutely go back to pamper myself more with them!

If you are looking for a great facial this is the spa to go, everything is so relaxing and calming, Dariana did my facial and I loved every second of the process, mind you that I have acne pro skin and acne facials are supposed to be a little bit painful ( because of the extractions) but let me tell you this was not the case. Dariana is definitely a professional she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Btw not only she did my facial she added hands, arms and shoulder massages I felt in heaven.
I recommend this place 100%.

Was ok, just to much time steamer 15min/mask facial 15min, and not modern machine uses, was old fashion facial by hand and abstraction was with fingertips nail.,but value was ok $75 00 ,.parking space that is 10+ at NYC/.
