Sean was extremely professional, extremely thorough, and knowledgeable as well. I was working from home, and watching my 3 year old when he came to replace our water heater. Despite that, Sean was very patient with me. He took his time and made sure everything was done right and walked me along the process as he went. He showed me how to turn the water off at the street if we ever needed to, and even gave me a tool to do so. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The new water heater looks fantastic too

Shaun did a great job for us. Quoted price was reasonable (I price checked via the internet). We received a callback the same day we contacted him. We worked over the phone and with pictures very effectively. The weather caused a delay in getting to us (it was a slow leaking water heater) which was fine. Shaun rescheduled and came on a Sunday. Very thorough. Tested our water pressure as well. We will definitely have him back for future needs.

Sean did an excellent job replacing my leaking and broken toilets, clearing explaining to me the different options. He was able to help me with little notice: he surveyed the job the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and then completed the job the Friday after. I will be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

My garage water pipe burst when temperatures dropped below freezing this winter. I called around for assistance and Sean was the one plumber who walked me through how to tap the garage line so I could restore water to the rest of my house. He discussed why the pipe burst, what immediate and long term issues needed to be addressed, and he offered to assist with the repairs immediately. I cannot recommend him enough. Although Sean was not available to service our busted pipe, he thoroughly and patiently explained how to clamp our burst pipe as a short term fix so that we could have water to the home while waiting for a professional to fix the problem. We had a leaky hydrant style hose bib and leaky T fitting in our front yard. Called around and, of course, no one answered their phone and only one company called back (called and left messages with 6 companies). When someone did actually call me back, they were booked through the month. BUT, they gave me Sean's name and number. I called him and he was able to help us within a day. Fantastic to work with! Reached out because I was looking for someone to either repair or replace my garbage disposal. Sean not only provided a competitive quote, but also even walked me through a couple of things I could try on my own to see if it would resolve the issue, without immediately trying to sell a solution. Very responsive and willing to talk over multiple options instead of just trying to sell one "preferred" product which some of the other companies I had talked to were trying to do.
