Awesome experience purchasing a new iPhone with Kendal. She was very helpful and explained everything. I have never had a more positive experience purchasing a phone before!!! What an asset she is. I will definitely drive out of my way to come back to this AT&T because of her outstanding costumer service. Thank you!!!

Charlemagne provided excellent service. I went in to do phone trade in and get an new phone plan and he was very informative and helped me get the best deal possible. Dealing with cell phone providers can be frustrating but Charlemagne made my experience a delightful one.

When it comes to AMAZING service this is the place to be!! I had the pleasure of working with a man by the name of Charlemagne. What a joy he was! He was patient, attentive, and showed a great deal of internet in all of my questions and concerns. I mean that guy could have talked me into buying the iPhone coming out in two months if I let him. The person on duty, Mario, met with us immediately, answered all our questions, and helped us upgrade our plan -for less than we are paying now. Will definitely return to this location.

Michael went above and beyond to provide stellar support for my iPhone. He was actually able to determine the fix on site after I spent hours on the phone with Apple. Thank you a million times over for getting my phone working! Michael was outstanding, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The best!

Mario was super friendly and helpful he ran over every possible plan and option for us and made the experience super easy. 10/10 would go back when it’s time for another upgrade.

Best guys in customer service I have met in quite some time. Very friendly and helpful. Brandon was extremely helpful even willing to stay after closing to help us set our phone. Alex, the manager, drove to another store to pick up our phone and bring it back even after he was clocked out. Cooper helped us pick out merchandise even explained the differences between three similar items, what he would prefer and why. These guys are hands down the best, they know what they're doing and enjoy helping their customers.

I saw Charlemagne and he was wonderful. He explained why I was having trouble not getting my emails, he fixed my problem right away. I had multiple questions on my I pad as well as my cell, which he answered and explained so I could understand. I’m 79 years old and NOT a computer person at all. He is management material 100%. You have an excellent employee in Charlemagne!!!!

Very respectful, hard working, and sweet individual Charlemagne is! I came in asking what to do about transferring service and how much a new plan would be and he explained in great detail & was very patient. I won’t go to any other location, unless he’s working there!

We live in Milwaukie and never hesitate to drive out to this AT&T because we have ALWAYS received amazing customer service. Kate helped us figure out so many things tonight; device upgrade, international travel plans, and shaving cost off our current plan. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely tried to help us get the best deal and didn't just try to sell us stuff we didn't need. She was the only one working and was really professional to the other customers who came in while she was in process with us. Thank you Justin for managing a site worth visiting.

After speaking with 5 techs over the phone (who could not help me with my phone issue) I decided to go directly to an AT&T store. Kate Friedman offered to help and she troubleshooted time and time again until she fixed the issue. It was a huge relief to finally have service again and my phone working just fine. Great customer service, Kate!

1/9/21 - I switched carriers and purchased a new phone at the Happy Valley location with great customer service from Eldon. He patiently took the time to walk me thru a number of potential choices and went the extra mile with also transferring apps and data from my existing phone. A very positive experience from a knowledgeable and caring professional who competently facilitated my questions, explained the processes, and also helped with the accessories and applying the screen protector.

My experience at AT&T in Happy Valley was great, usually phone carriers can be difficult to work with and quite a headache, but Matthew was able to help me and my family get a line transfer from Verizon set up with no issues on our end (thanks Verizon customer service), he was very clear and concise, overall a pleasant visit with no hiccups

Jason was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me through all of my problems. Never felt pushy will definitely be calling here specifically for him if I have any future issues. overall I recommend.

I have had a variety of experiences as an AT&T user, the majority of them being positive. When my phone got put through a blender, long story, I went to the Happy Valley location on a Sunday.
I had recently purchased replacement phone online. I went to the store to activate the device and Katie who was working there informed me it was a locked device and I had been duped.
Seeing miserable I was after 5hrs Wi-do hopping without cell service, Katie got me through the rest of the day with an old IPhone 6. She said I could keep it until my upgrade so I wouldn’t end up back online searching for phone replacements and risking my privacy and safety. Thanks Katie the Nice Lady.

I had such an horrible experience yesterday morning at a different att location. My husband convinced me to check out this location and Kelly definitely won me back as a customer!
She took her time and explained me everything about phones helped me to find a phone for me (I don't know nothing about phones) and helped me afterwards to cancel my old att plan online because I wasn't able to figure that out.
I went out with a phone plan what fits my lifestyle and a new phone what I really like so far and she made sure that I get the best promotion they had going on.
She provided all the information about expenses and there were no additional/ surprising fees when I purchased it.
I highly recommend this location!

Tried at another store 2 days in a row, came here and got helped by Olivia (with the fire hair and nail combo) and she got it done in minutes! Awesome quick and easy experience.

The associate that helped me, I think his name was Brendon, was extremely helpful. I had broken my phone and he has spent like an hour and a half with me working with my particular family situation to get me a new phone so I could do my work. I met with the new manager as well and he seemed really friendly, I’ll be going here for all my needs.
