Crest Haven Memorial Park

My father(who was a single father who raise me and my 3 brothers alone died unexpectedly which left me as a 25 year old, the oldest of 3, to plan my father's funeral. It was one of the most difficult things I ever had to do emotionally and I had no idea where to start. The easiest part was choosing the plot thanks to the cemetery and their help. I'm thankful of this place.

Nicely kept for the most part. I enjoy visiting my loved ones here. 1 star less for all of the tombstones looking the same which I know is their goal . In addition, I've seen some Graves waiting over a year for a plaque. I'm sure they are doing the best they can with all this labor shortage. Beautiful nonetheless.

My mom was buried the end for February, prior to the pandemic, I went to visit her this Mothers Day. I knew it was going to be hard, however, I was not ready to see her grave site in such horrible condition. I have trouble finding it as her tombstone was upside down and about 12 feet away, the marker was thrown in the bushes and someone else's tombstone was in the bushes near my moms. When I called and left a message, no return phone call. I called today and spoke to a Meghan who was beyond inappropriate, insensitive and just rude. Her only excuse was the pandemic, and again my mom was buried prior too. When I asked if she could tell me when it would be put back she told me again we were in a pandemic. I am a NURSE no one knows what its like more than us. I asked who I could speak to other than her and she hung up on me. I wound NOT recommend this facility to anyone? As if yesterday wasn't bad enough :(

Cresthaven are liars and cheats!! People are buried in the wrong spots!! Markers are not appropriately placed!! It’s a total disgrace. Don’t bother calling as they will tell you want you want to hear, and ignore your requests!!
