My 13 y/o daughter and I went school shopping on Saturday, August 26. She found a denim jumper but we couldn't purchase at the time so we left the store only to return a few hours later but couldn't find the item. Two young ladies in the fitting room helped us to find the jumper. We were beyond thankful for their assistance. I don't recall their names but Thank You Girls!!! Wonderful customer service!!! ❤😍

I have been in retail 15+years and never had such a awesome experience as I did with Ryan
I was looking for a Space Jam jacket in size small was only able to get a medium too big I spoke to Ryan about how much I wanted this jacket . He said he will hold the medium and will try and find a small. I said awesome I will stop by the next day on my break
Amazing when I stopped by next day he was on lunch but the associate I spoke with said give him a minute there was a jacket in the office.. he came out with a jacket asked if I was Catherine Yes I said Ryan found the small and directed his staff if I came in it was In the office. I purchased immediately I saw Ryan when I was leaving and stopped to thank him for going above and beyond to get me the jacket I wanted in my correct size.
I actually had tears of happiness that Ryan was able to find and hold it for me.

Great store love the variety of styles for both Male and females. I cam in to purchase a male bottom down shirt. Ended up buying it along with accessories. It was packed not check out was quick

I have known this store since it started with the original owners. Which i always thought to be trash clothes. But....since Spac group took the over, it has been a 360 change. The styles, the quality, and design have been top notch. Cudos to the design team at Sparc Group. Love it ❤

Very cheap clothing manufactured outside United States in harsh labor conditions I'm sure that they are not so happy with our president but I guess this is there business model... I mostly try to support made in USA products as they generate more jobs and they are most of the time good quality last longer and feels better.

The cashier's are very nice and associates very helpful. Beautiful outfits reasonably priced. My Granddaughter and daughters love the clothing I get there for them.

Talk about amazing customer service!!! I just had my baby 3 days ago and have an event I need a dress for. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who I asked a few questions and I learned his name was Tommy. He’s the manager there and he literally took me around half of the store helping me find pieces that would work for my awkward body. He was SO nice and professional... mind you it was like 2pm when it was pretty busy. He never seemed bothered by me. He was just genuinely so kind and happy to help. I’ve been to SO many Forever 21s and worked in retail for many years and you very rarely come across treatment like Tommy gave me Today. Such a rockstar! Thx Tommy. Hope you never leave this location

Huge forever 21, super impressive selection. Many forever 21 ones lack in having a mens, and kids selection, this location had a decent section for both, and a lot of styles that you dont find in a lot of the other stores.

If your wife, your kids, your family, your friends love this place. Probably because they have the newest model clothes with prices that dont hurt your wallet.
