Forge Hot Yoga Happy Valley

I love the Forge Hot Yoga. I had been practicing hot yoga for many years and have returned after a 2 year break. My body was telling me that I needed to get back to hot yoga. I am back and glad I am practicing again.
As a bonus, I have started the hot Pilates class as well. Challenging yet rewarding has been my experience so far.

I have been practicing yoga for a year now, and Forge instructors challenge me, support me, and encourage me. Each instructor is so qualified and passionate about their personal practice and guiding students in every way! What I especially appreciate is how welcoming instructors are—I’ve been a member at multiple studios, but Forge instructors are the only bunch of teachers that consistently display humility, laughter, honesty, and... well, FUN! It is contagious to students at all three studios—everyone is so friendly! I’ve only been going to Forge for four months, but I am so looking forward to being apart of the studio community.

Yoga is deeply important and special to me. I have been struggling with anxiety my whole life, and since the pandemic my anxiety has been through the roof. I went to my first class today since the pandemic began and could actively feel the anxiety melt away like magic. The teacher had an excellent cadence, she was dancing through her words. The temperature of the room was regulated excellently. I appreciate this studio so very much 🙏

This studio revolutionized my workouts, confidence and stamina! I love hot Pilates and use the yoga classes as very effective injury prevention during marathon training! It’s a very friendly, community minded environment and as open to newcomers as they are to faithful clients.

This place is in integral part of our community! Forge is a great place with awesome people. It is open, inviting, non-judgemental and fun. They have a perfect variety of classes. The Bikram hot yoga is a perfect complement to my running and I love that they offer both 60 and 90 minute. The Pilates can be fun to do every so often and the Yin class is amazing. I love this place .... it's pretty much my 2nd church!

Being from Michigan, we don't have this type of hot yoga available and they were so kind and welcoming for it being my first time! Definitely a great environment and a SUPER AWESOME workout! I will definitely make sure to come back in the future!

I have had a gym membership for over 30 years and recently decided to mix it up and join Forge Hot Yoga. My flexibility has improved so much and I just love the instructors and the new people I'm meeting. So Fun!

I love Forge Hot Yoga. Well actually my favorite is the hot Pilates classes. The vibe, the instructor, the workout and the hot room are amazing.

Best yin yoga in Multnomah and Clackamas. Vince combines holistic practice, focus on breath, and consistency as he helps students improve their skills at all levels.

Awesome classes that compliment each other very well. Awesome instructors. Especially uta. Best studios that I have ever been to.

Immense mental and emotional space although so many yogis practicing together. Teachers are sincerely supportive and friendly.
