Honestly, this is one of the most professional experiences I've had when it comes to lawyers. I literally came to this guy telling him I was willing to spend quite a bit of money to resolve a situation that I had to settle. Not only did he tell me that he felt confident settling and winning the lawsuits that I would have liked to bring, but he actively helped me find alternative solutions that were in my best interests. He could have easily made money off me but chose to tell me what he thought I should do rather than the option that would have made him money. If I ever have to deal with contract law again, I'm definitely going to come back to this guy and I would recommend this experience over a lot of others that I have had in the past.

I reached out to Mr. Kaplan when I had a sticky situation with couple of people that did contractor work for me. We had to resolve the situation, write up and negotiate a new agreement, all under very tight timeframes. Mr. Kaplan provided very valuable advice and worked very hard to get the agreement completed. The other side accepted the agreement with minimal changes and the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. I certainly found him to be a very competent Attorney.
