Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Love Hand and Stone. I go monthly for facials and every 2 weeks for a massage. They do an amazing job. And the staff is wonderful and try to be helpful. I use the app to schedule my appointments which is very convenient!

I had never been to Hand and Stone massage before but needed a same day appointment for some non-serious neck pain. I was booked by a friendly and helpful receptionist who emailed me paperwork ahead of time. My massage therapist was fabulous, giving a gentle but very effective massage so I felt like I was floating out of the room afterwards. I added some cupping and cbd oil for an additional cost (worth it!). All in all, I had a lovely experience there and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Everyone was professional, the rooms were spotless and soothing, I would highly recommend!

I had Amanda! Such a wonderful experience and person. I usually don’t talk during my massages but she was someone I could talk to for hours, while providing me the most comforting massage at the same time :)

I had a LOVELY facial by Samantha in the evening. She was so easy to talk to, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable with having no experience with getting facials. Very gentle, and informative. My skin has felt great for 5 days post facial!

Such an amazing experience! I had received a gift card for a 50 Minute Massage to Hand and Stone, and I’d never been in before. I called to make an appointment and they were very friendly and accommodating! I received a few appointment reminders regarding what to expect and when I should arrive, all of which was appreciated.

On the day of my massage, I was welcomed by a fantastic staff, from the gals at the front desk (thanks Lily!) to my Masseuse, Michael. I wish they offered longer massages - I practically melted on the table! I’ve had a few massages over the years, and he is by far the best!! I will definitely be coming back 😊.

If you are nervous about getting a facial or are on the fence about where to go, book Paris for your next facial and thank me later. My girlfriend got me a facial for my birthday and I couldnt have been more pleased. Very knowedgable, checked in often to make sure the treatment was personalized to my skin, and just overall a very warm person who will take care of everything! Will definitely be back because of her!

I visited Hand and Stone for a facial with Amber earlier this month and was so impressed that I became a member for monthly visits. After a brief, private consultation and examination of my skin, Amber agreed I would be a great candidate for Microderm and LED light treatments, and was able to suggest other products (serums, primers, etc.) and ingredients I could try for my skin concerns. I felt completely pampered with a custom, relaxing treatment and never once felt pressured to add on another package or purchase something. Since that first visit, my skin looks and feels younger, clearer and certainly more hydrated, and after two decades of dermatology visits, I *finally* feel like I understand my unique skin needs and what ingredients and products are truly right for me. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Scheduled a massage with a gift card I had. I had never been before; there's an introductory massage price of $69.

With Covid - masks required. Call when you arrive and they let you know when to come in. I waited about 2 minutes after coming in before the person came to get me. Every staff member was masked and the masseuse washed her hands before starting the massage. I did not have to wear the massage when lying face-down and had the option to put it on when I was lying face-up.

I did the standard massage plus the add-on peppermint scalp massage.

Brandy was my masseuse and she did really well. I told her where my muscles were sore and she worked extra on those areas. The scalp massage felt amazing.

It felt clean, sanitary, and I was in and out with the right time massage. I liked it! I am glad I did this location and recommend it!

Was the first time at hand and stone. I was using a gift card. Was so impressed that I signed up for the monthly plan that is more affordable than I have now. Lindsay have me my facial. She really listened to my needs and goals. The facial was like a massage. It was very relaxing. Can’t wait to try a massage.

Wonderful experience today! Great service at the front desk with Hannah and a superb massage with Amanda! I feel like a new person. I upgraded with the Himalayan sea salt hot stones and CBD oil... well worth it. They also have a member program which they offer, and I accepted, but were not pushy at all! Already looking forward to my next massage.

I was referred by my mother after I started to have some back pain associated with my job. I called and was given an appointment that very night. When I first walked in Sadie greeted me and she was very nice and respectful great to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about the services offered and was wonderful to work with. While waiting for only a moment the atmosphere was calming and soothing not busy at all. My massage therapist Danielle was great to work with as well, she was very attentive to my needs and making sure I was comfortable at all times. In the end I felt great afterwards and I ended up becoming a new member. I even went back and got a gift certificate for a friends birthday and she loved it! I highly recommend Hand and Stone in Happy Valley to anyone looking for relaxation and a great spa experience.

First off, I am so picky about who I let touch my face and I was not disappointed. Lindsay was so amazing and explained things so beautifully. It’s been a while since I had a facial and I didn’t feel like she was judging me but that she wanted to help me make the improvements that I wanted in my skin. What a wonderful experience!

I have been going to Hand and Stone for several years now. I enjoy each visit. Whether I am getting a massage or a facial, the service has always been excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting area is intimate and relaxing.
If you are planning a facial, I strongly recommend Lindsey. She is just awesome, so sweet and caring. She takes her time and makes her clients very relaxed.
If you are in need of some pampering, this is the place to go.

Stephanie helped me at the front desk and she is so kind. She saved me $50 with all the couples and discounts. I did ask Stephanie to do this she did it all on her own.

Lora gave me a heavily massage today and now my pain is at a manageable level. My body was rock hard because it was so tense. We are moving out to Florida and thanks to Lora I think I can last the plane ride with out crying in pain.

What a relaxing experience from start to finish! My husband and I took our adult children for a spa night as a holiday treat. We were greeted immediately by the friendly desk staff, seated in the spotless and comfortable waiting room just long enough to take a deep breath and bring our whole selves to the experience. We each had different packages we wanted to try: some with Himalalayan salt massage, some facial, but all with peppermint scalp massages. Everyone went their separate way to their treatment with their appointed provider. We all came out delightfully refreshed!! The professional care and confidence that we were each given spilled into the rest of the evening, as we retold stories of the special touches. Can't wait to do this again!

This place absolutely amazed me!

I came here for my first facial treatment ever and I was truly impressed. The staff took care of me, asked me lots of questions specific to my skin care concerns, and fostered a relaxing, comfortable environment. The pricing is very reasonable, especially if you sign up for a membership. I highly recommend!!!

First time I've ever been to a massage place. I only came because my back was killing me and I got desperate. Its been well over 3 weeks or so since I got my massage here and my back has not given me any problems since. I forgot their names but the front desk lady in the evening was great and helpful, and Z was great with the massage. He was friendly and I learned a lot about my back and myself while receiving my massage.

Today was my third visit to Hand & Stone, Happy Valley. Each time I have received a different service. The office staff have always been professional. The waiting area is very relaxing, smells good, is clean. The restroom is clean (yay!!). I had a massage today. Jon did such a great job! I get massage often and Jon really impressed me today. I love the little touches, low light, nice relaxing music, candles in the room and the table warmer. I signed up for membership because I will definitely be back!

I have been a loyal customer for a considerable amount of time, and with each visit, I am consistently impressed with the superior quality of service provided.

Just got done with the best massage I’ve ever had! Z was very professional and courteous at all times, and I can honestly say I can’t wait for my next appointment!
