Delicious food, perfect prices, friendly employees, nice atmosphere, fast service and plenty of seats!
The burgers are delicious and nearly as yummy as Red Robin(...comparing with the old Red Robin hamburger buns. The new RR buns are terrible).

Price was AMAZING at just $11 for the entire meal of a hamburger, fries, drink and the huge bag of fresh, home made chips!

The fries are ok.
You do get a free drink which is awesome and a huge free bag of fresh home made chips which is also very awesome!

Since I only enjoy plain style foods, the chips are not the best for me because there is a small but pronounced bitter/sour aftertaste on the chips. The chips are free, so I can't call this an actual complaint. It's just for someone like me, the burger and fries and drink are great and I just don't need the chips. For probably most people, the chips are probably incredible just the way they are. And they are served warm and fresh which is awesome.

Tons of parking and free parking.

Next to the Garden State Plaza mall, located in the mall parking lot, so it is a great location as well.

The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful to me. She was also very fast at taking my order and the food was ready in just 5 minutes, so it was super fast!

Chilis is one of my favorite places and this location did not disappoint. The staff was so attentive and the food didn’t take long to come out. All the food was came out correctly and tasted delicious

The service at this Chili's was amazing! Francisco was kind, patient, attentive, and helpful. The food was delightful! I had the trio appetizers. The southwest roll, chicken crisper, and the sliders. Everything came out of perfect temperature and was accompanied by perfect dips. Very enjoyable. I had a Jack and coke with a twist of lime that was on point! I will definitely come back when in the area!

GREAT SERVICE ! My friend and I always order the Texas cheese fries at different locations and the cheese is always kinda hard but not at this location the cheese was cheesy. The employees were super friendly. Especially Natasha she was very attentive and helpful taking our empty plates. Thank you for the great service

We were the only people there on a Sunday there might have been one other table or two. The service was pretty quick. The only thing I wouldn't recommend getting is the mango iced tea because it tastes very watered down. I ordered Alex's Santa Fe Burger which is my new favorite, also had an appetizer to share with the table which was the southwest egg rolls. The avocado ranch sauce is amazing.

Nicely laid out warm restaurant. Somewhat on the order of an Applebees or Houlihan's. I had the Bbq Rib and brisket combo that came with corn on the cob, Texas toast & a salad side. It was all delicious. Ribs were falling off the bone and the brisket was fork tender. I was full and satisfied. Greeted warmly by Louise, and the service by Diana was friendly and attentive.

The food is always delicious here. The first two times the service was excellent. This past Sunday the customer service was not that great but the food was still good.

Chili's is my favorite grill.. every time to go there is like a treat to me. Ambience n everything perfect.. Every time asked ID 🙄 do i look like teenager .. leave dat part.. bt food service excellent.. EVERY ITEM IS SUPERBLY SERVED.. M editing this on after week and finally I got drink n lovely food.. Again 😜added photos .. cannot get enough of this place

Great for their presidente margarita and veg options.
Malten Lava cake is better than Applebee's.

I've visited this Chili's location multiple times for both dine-in and to-go, and I've always had a great experience with the staff. They are always so friendly and go out of your way to help you with what you need, and are always happy to do so.

I visited Chili's again last night for dine-in for the first time since the pandemic began. I was very impressed with their handling of the new regulations. Every staff member wore their masks correctly (covered both nose and mouth) and each party was properly distanced from each other. The hostess would even promptly put her mask back on in between taking sips of her water so that she wouldn't expose others around her. I always appreciate people who take the mask wearing seriously, and she definitely did not disappoint!

We ordered a brisket quesadilla and Texas Cheese Fries. Their cheese fries are absolutely to die for and I have not been anywhere that has better cheese fries. Even though it is an appetizer, the portion size is big enough for a meal for one person. Both items were amazing and the food came within minutes of placing the order. Chili's always has great deals on their 3 for $10 or 2 for $25 menu.

The waitress, Crystal (I hope I'm spelling it right!), was the nicest waitress I've had at Chili's. She always made sure to check up to make sure we had all we needed and was super friendly. She even helped me take care of an issue with paying for the bill with a gift card, since the new table POSes no longer support scanning a QR code for digital gift cards. Even while she was running around with her hands full from plates, she still stopped by my table to help me with this.

I have also ordered curbside pickup in the past and the process was super quick and easy. They bring the order out to the car and you don't even need to do anything as you pay for the order online. It is a quick and simple process that many other restaurants can't get right, but Chili's can.

I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be returning in the future!

The food, the atmosphere, and the service were great. My hubby and I had a couple of hours to kill, and at no point at all were we made to feel rushed. Our server, Josh, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and polite. All in all, it was a great experience overall!

Great food nice atmosphere. Service was great and the food was hot and awesome! Will definitely go back. They have a great kid friendly environment.

Our server Chris was friendly and welcoming. Egg rolls were delicious. Ribs could have been less salty. Please just use less salt in general. It was a bit unbearable. Otherwise, nice little Friday night meal.

OMG those El Nino Margaritas are FABULOUS! We both had the fajitas and they were great! We did get there a bit late so we drank our drinks and got dinner to go but all in all this was fabulous! Being from Texas we hate to say it but their Margaritas were even better than the ones next door at on the border. Keep up the great work bartender!

I had the best waiter. He was so friendly had the best personality for the job. We had no wait time at all very clean establishment. I ordered the mini cheeseburgers. They weee delicious. Definitely will go back
