Bella is truly a very caring woman with what I like to call very healing hands. Her knowledge is vast in PT and in my case dislocated coccyx pain, tight muscles and pelvic floor issues due to martial arts injury after getting my Black Belt from many years of ground and pound on the mats! I can testify Bella herself worked on me because she was the only one who can do the necessary highly skillful internal work and relaxing the muscles and the coccyx manipulations that was required. I saw her for 5 sessions unfortunately was not covered by my insurance and she still worked with me and found me someone that she trusted that accepted my insurance. Bella not only showed sincere concern for my pain and well-being but also the financial stress I was experiencing of not having my medical insurance plan cover my costs. The work that she did while I was with her was phenomenal and I felt much relief after our sessions together. Sometimes I would be her last patient and she would take extra time to work on me. You will be able to tell right away won't take very long that she truly is someone who cares for her patients and has great passion for her profession. I assure you if you're in need of any physical therapy or in pain or especially pelvic floor go see Bella. I am Cuban and I tell her that her name in Spanish means Beautiful and she is a very beautiful person the sweetest kindest heart! Working with Andrea at Bella Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy experience I have ever had! It is rare to get a whole hour of individualized skilled attention from the physical therapist. Andrea was working with an intern who was excellent as well. I felt very cared for and made considerable improvement.

I have been suffering from vertigo after a severe fall two years ago and have seen several PT doctors and chiropractors, but none could resolve my issue. Over the last two years, I saw two different therapists for a multitude of health issues at Bella PT, Rikki and Andrea. Both were phenomenal, spending a full hour of 1:1 time with me completely focused on my specific challenges. In my most recent experience working with Rikki, she spent hours researching a mystery pain in my right leg, ultimately figuring out the exact right exercises to help alleviate the discomfort. Both therapists are experts in pelvic floor therapy and helped me regain strength after having two babies. I highly recommend both therapists.

I recently attended Bella Physical Therapy for post-surgery PFT and worked with Veronica over the course of six weeks. She is an extremely knowledgeable and highly educated professional that is tremendously compassionate and caring, as I witnessed throughout all of our sessions. In addition to the assessment phase and therapy exercises, she designed a series of progressive at-home exercises and recommendations for me that I can say unequivocally provided a major contribution to my rehabilitative improvement The staff are also professional, courteous, and polite. The PT that I worked with was Marvin. He was treating me for my TMJ pain, and he is the best! He is very knowledgeable and always made sure I left feeling better than when I walked in. He answered all my questions throughout my treatment- which is much appreciated because I asked a ton! My TMJ pain has reduced to basically nothing- and I did not think that was possible. Beyond grateful for Bella and the whole team!

I’ve been coming to Bella Physical therapy for many years. Marvin is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable about tmj and neck issues. I have been to several other physical therapists and none have come close to the level of care and attention that you get at Bella PT. I have sent numerous people, and will always hold Marvin and the staff in the highest regard.

I was advised to get pelvic floor therapy by my endocrinologist and my gastroenterologist highly recommended Bella Physical Therapy. I was assigned Dr. RikkiLynn Shields the end of January. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and explains everything so I felt totally at ease from the beginning. The private, individual client rooms are conducive to feeling relaxed and comfortable while getting treatment. Dr. Shields provides an hour of care which includes exercises to do at home which she demonstrates and then gives written instructions with diagrams. I’m making progress and feel confident that my issues will be resolved while in the competent, compassionate, attentive care of Dr. RikkiLynn Shields at Bella Physical Therapy.

I had a wonderful experience with Bella Physical Therapy! It started with the front desk staff being extremely responsive and friendly, always working to get me in by putting me on their cancellation lists. I saw Marvin for post jaw surgery rehab to work on the range of motion of my jaw. He consistently provided me with amazing care and gave me additional exercises to do at home to help with my progress. He fashioned a device out of tongue depressors while I waited for my actual device to arrive in the mail. I am very grateful for his knowledge of jaw problems and extreme care he showed me throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Marvin and his team!

My doctor referred me to Bella Physical Therapy when I started to experience some bladder seepage several years after prostate surgery. I really didn’t have much in the way of expectations. After a few weeks of working with Andrea I have seen significant improvement. Straight away she assessed that it was unlikely to be a post-surgical problem since so much time elapsed before I had an issue. After exploring a number of possibilities, Andrea targeted her therapy on my hips and also gave me a series of stretches to do on my own. Her knowledge and skill are first rate, and her demeanor has taken much anxiety out of treating a sensitive problem. Highest kudos! Have no hesitation about going!

TMJ, Back issues, Leg pain etc. - Bella and her amazing PTs have brought me so much relief and resolution of all of these things. The staff is great, as well. Any of my friends/relatives who have PT-related issues - I bring here, including those who've needed help with pelvic floor. This place actually works! The level of professionalism and care for the patient makes this a PT office that others should model themselves on. They recently moved from Fair Lawn to Rochelle Park, which is just a bit further, but I'm happy to make the short drive, as it's always worth it. Thank you Bella and everyone else!

Innever write reviews but I had to. Andrea is absolutely an amazing pelvic floor PT. I had gone to another place, and Bella Physical Therapy is experienced and know what they're dealing with. I had gone to another place for almost a year and they couldn't get rid of a pain I was having. I came here and worked with Andrea and within 3 times of coming I already was feeling better because they knew exactly what was causing my pain and worked with me to help me get rid of the pains I was having!

It’s so hard to find doctors that actually care. Working with Andrea was an absolute pleasure. After years of experiencing chronic pain, she took the time to address my symptoms with such care. She went as far as even working with my other doctors to determine the right course of treatment me. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her field.
