I got the beef bibimbap with spicy Korean sauce and it’s so so good. It’s a flavor bomb and not too spicy, just enough of a kick. Sorry about the picture, I like to mix everything together. But trust me, it’s bomb!!!

This is the best food in the whole food cart area! The staff are super nice and have always accommodated any food sub requests that I've had. I like that they have a healthy option and you can build your own bowl. They have remained consistent, and I will be back!

Eaten here over 20 times and never left a review. My go to order is the grilled chicken with the spicy Korean gochujang sauce. You can also order it non spicy.

Absolutely phenomenal bibimbap! They were so kind as to help me make a vegan one. That tofu was blessed!

Their spam masubi is the best I've found. Perfectly cooked rice, seared crispy spam, and just the right amount of a glaze. I can't stop talking about to my spouse....so much so that he told me "enough with your perfectly cooked rice and the seared spam with the glaze" lol Their bowls are also great if you want a bigger meal.

I ordered the Spicy Pork entree as I wanted to try their Macaroni Salad and wow! Super delicious!
The Pork was very tender, slightly sweet, ever so slightly spicy, super flavorful. I would've loved some onions/green onions in the mix but that is just preference.
The Rice was cooked perfectly, it's definitely not minute rice.
The Macaroni Salad was amazing! Creamy, slightly sweet, slightly tangy, a little bite from the cracked black pepper. If you like a good amount of black pepper (which I do) in your mac salad, you'll like this one.
The little salad that it comes with is just like any other salad with ranch, so nothing amazing, but that's why it's on the side.
Great portion! I am eating this one entree for both lunch and dinner, for $11.65. I am a little on the smaller side so that might not be the case for everyone but one entree is a great size for at least one meal.
Super sweet staff as well, had my order ready within 5 minutes of me calling ahead, asked if I needed a bag and provided utensils without asking.
I will be returning! 😄

I got the build your own bowl with tofu steak. The flavors were amazing and the tofu was fried perfectly!

I admit we haven’t really made it a point to go to HV Station (price point seems high for food carts and portions) but I popped in with my kids for lunch after their Ortho appt and found this gem. K-Bop! Korean and Hawaiian food. I ordered 2 of their Bibim bowls and it was definitely worth the $10. This is a difficult dish to make as it requires a bunch of the Korean side dishes to be mixed in. My kids even gobbled it down, veggies and all. The one on the left is with the beef and house special sauce (kind of a teriyaki flavor) and the right is the spicy pork with the spicy Korean sauce. High maintenance husband approved as well 👍

Customer service & staff are amazing, genuine and kind! Food is even better though! The food is very delicious and authentic and is a MUST TRY. It's one of those places that you keep thinking about and craving long after visiting!!!
