I've been going to Plaid Motors for the better part of 20 years now and have never been disappointed. Great quality work, no matter what it is. Johnny and the boys at Plaid care and it shows. Id recommend w 10 stars if I could.

Have been here twice the past 6 months for unrelated things. Very good experience each time, the owner John is a good communicator, friendly and thorough, takes you through all the options no pressure. He explains very well everything that was done to repair the issue. Good price, reasonable and completely worth it for the expertise. The second time I went they were able to fix a tricky issue with the sunroof, really took the time to make sure it was resolved which I appreciate.

Would go back anytime, professional and pleasant experience each time.

Plaid Motors is a great auto body shop and then some. John, the boss is really great. He is very down to earth, is very knowledgeable, listens to you, and you never feel rushed. . He wrote up an estimate, which I was very happy about. I called with a problem with my driver's side window, and John just said, "Stop by when you can, and I will take a look at it." I have not had my body work done on my car as yet due to physical issues, but as soon as I can, I will get over there. I have all the confidence in the world that John and his workers will do an excellent job on my car. While I was there, I saw how deliget and hard-working his workers were at paying attention to detail. Again, Plaid Motors is the place to go to get your body work done. You would be foolish to go anywhere else. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

These guys are awesome! Their work is superior and worth every penny! Today they reattached my bumper, another similar place would have told me to buy a new one .....for a 14 year old car with over 120,000 miles! Great business!

John and his team are great. They got my car fixed up so fast which is impressive in a world of back ordered parts and supply chain chaos. John is so friendly and helpful and overall I highly recommend plaid!!

John and his son along with everyone else who works at Plaid Motors are incredible. They helped me fix my car after a small accident did not rip me off with prices in fact made me order a part online cheaper versus making me pay the much higher price from where they would have to order it. They are professional, have great customer service, and a beautiful chocolate lab who greets you when you walk in! Great job guys! They even buffed some scratches out for me for free. Highly highly recommend. Never had a body shop actually care and talk to you like you are human before. Plaid Motors is the place to go after an unfortunate accident. :)

My family doesn’t always get T boned, macked by snow plows, or have transformers explode above our new parked vehicles…. but when we do, we use Plaid Motors. Experienced, no bs, top of the line work and they treat you like family, hands down the best repair shop around. Thank you yet again!

I've used them for both work and personal vehicles and have been very happy with the results. Fights for your parts with an insurance company (if applicable) and offers great service from one of the few remaining family (and third generation!) businesses.

No other place or Person touching my vehicles. John and staff are excellent body men and true professionals.

Carlos is the best painter east of the Mississippi!

They also do paintless dent work and detail/scratch removal!

Definitely recommend this place for all types of repairs. My sister recommended them to me and I couldn't agree more. I'm a mom of 2 and visited this place today in complete panic. They are so thorough and quick. I had such a good experience that I wanted to write this review and rave about this place This is the only place I will bring my car going forward. I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me because he was sooooooo amazing! A huge thank you to this place!!!!!!!!

I took my car in to have a dent fixed. This was in the middle of January. These guys are awesome gave be a price said it would be done that day and everything looked amazing. Great Place thank you so much guys!!!!!!!
