I stopped in without calling ahead, needing a bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary. John quickly assembled a beautiful arrangement and was super friendly. I’ll be back!

John is awesome! I needed flower arrangements for a bridal shower and John spent all the time I needed working with me to select the perfect flowers. Even better, he took the time and kindly showed me how to make my own arrangements to fit my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable and sources the highest quality flowers from reputable sources (no dangerous pesticides in his shop). His style is very modern and creative. Thanks John!! I have been fortunate enough to receive two exquisite bouquets from John's Botany Bay, so when it was time for me to send some flowers, this is where I turned to give something meaningful, beautiful and unique. That John is a delight makes the experience all the more wonderful ... and I love supporting a local business.

John planted the tree in front of my Yoga studio, One Yoga for All, over 25 years ago.
The plants in my Yoga studio are mostly from his botany, healthy beautiful well treated plants that thrive.
John is more than a small business owner, he's a neighbor who cares.

John decorated the President's Room and Ballroom of the New York Athletic Club for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. The arrangements provided by Botany Bay exceeded expectations in every way. The bridal party bouquets were elegant and charming. The table arrangements were beautiful and prompted delighted exclamations from our guests. I cannot thank John and his team enough for providing the floral magic for our event!

John's is a permanent fixture & my go to for all things floral. He knows what ppl want & if he doesn't have it he can get it for you. He makes the most out of his shop. Don't let the size fool you the man does great work & his staff are all just as brilliant. Thanks John!

I gave John a tough assignment to make a bridal bouquet for a friend with jewel- toned flowers. Working from an inspiration photo, he created a beautiful piece with burgundy peonies, ranunculus, roses and anemones. Prices are very fair. Added photo below.

I purchased a calamondin plant this past spring from John's. It is a joy! It has already yielded enough little oranges for me to make delicious orange marmalade. When it blooms the flowers have a delicious scent and then, voila! More little oranges grow. I had it on my terrace until the weather became too cold and then brought it inside, where it continues to thrive. I'll go back and buy more fruit plants from John's this spring!!
