Walgreens

I’ve been a customer of this Walgreens branch for two years and have only positive memories. Pharmacy staff members recognize frequent customers and have positive relationships and attitudes. I wish I had the same service in the pharmacy where I go now.

Went there last week to get my flu shot and am, frankly, surprised at so many of the negative reviews here.

It was super easy to get an appointment. The staff was nice, courteous and the wait was short. The woman who gave me my shot was a real pro (didn't hurt at all and was really nice).

But mostly, this is the cleanest, most well-stocked, Walgreens I've ever been in. Very impressed.

I'm new to the neighborhood and this will be my go-to pharmacy.

As you can see from other reviews, it's kind of all over the place depending on who you're dealing with

I'll focus on my interaction with pharmacist, Fawzia is her name I believe: she's witty, positive, quick and just overall awesome! Totally made my day as I had to get flu shot but couldn't find insurance card, she didn't hesitate to call them and get details she needed, at the same time trading jokes with coworker, and comforting me (I felt bad to take so much of their time as I probably could find a copy of ins. card home)

Another way this place is positive is that it's clean, well-lit, and never seems over-crowded so I never feel rushed.

A 24 hour location with friendly staff and a wide selection of products. Plus it's less than 1 block from a CVS for comparison shopping.

This store is very spacious. It has a decent variety of goods, the service is excellent! The shelves are always stocked. The isles are wide too. The one thing that I don't like is the musty smell that emanates from the aisle, almost like an old, damp, wooden closet. You will find parking and the location is very convenient.

Pharmacy staff were very helpful in resolving problems with emergency prescription order.

This branch is always clean. Generally speaking, Rite Aid staff are aloof, snobbish, unprofessional, and ignorantly profile customers -- this branch does not exhibit most of these despicable characteristics. The night manager is pleasant but I wonder why he is almost always doing most things by himself -- if he is not cleaning up, he is placing prize tags, doing cashier work, and or hauling away supplies from the truck. How could a corporation subject a manager to this much manual labor responsibility? This leads to inefficiency -- long lines form easily and when one needs assistance, the one has to wait for the manager to finis whatever he is engaged in.

Generally, Rite Aid must stop its silly security personnel from following shoppers around. In 2017, Ride Aid must have a camera surveillance program that remotely monitors and captures shoplifters, instead of indirectly insulting dignified people who patronize its stores by having low level security personnel follow folks around brazenly and menacingly.

Store is well stocked for the most part, but like others have said the experience varies depending on who's on the clock

Have always been treated courteously by pharmacists and staff and I'm not even a "little old lady!" (Well not yet, anyway!)
