1,000% would recommend this place. Went to Mavis and they told me my brakes needed replacement asap. I was worried but had just paid for 4 new tires and couldn’t afford it. Decided to go here because my boyfriend gets his car serviced here. Wow thank goodness I did. He called me and told me my brakes didn’t need immediate replacement and that if he did it he would be stealing my money. Wow the honesty is so real. Really genuine people. I’ll never go anywhere else for anything my car needs. Thank you guys so much. 10 stars for you guys. You can’t find honest people in many places nowadays. Did an oil change and brake flush and it was so cheap.

I live in California and needed to find a shop that would do a pre-purchase inspection before purchasing a used car. I couldn't have chosen better. 3Brothers performed a very comprehensive and thorough inspection. After the inspection was completed, I received a call from Sam, who is the manager. Sam discussed the condition of the car with me in detail and suggested what I should do and when. He also described to me the course of the test drive performed by one of the mechanics. I would also like to thank Josh who helped me greatly by coordinating the inspection with the car dealership where my new car came from.
I definitely recommend 3Brothers to everyone.

This is the local place to go to for all your maintenance and repair needs. Sam and the team there are some of the best mechanics I’ve had taking care of my Lexus. They’ve also helped diagnose issues many times.

I’m so grateful for their inspection on my new car purchase as I live in Idaho and couldn’t come test drive the car for myself. Very professional and easy to work with.they were very thorough and honest. I’d recommend them to my closest friends and family.

Great, solid work. Highly recommended. Sam is great, outstanding customer service. These guys do honest work for great prices, they don't try to rip you off. Recently got work done and was quoted $200 less than my normal mechanic quoted me. And they proceeded to deliver a great job as well. Will likely be using them as my regular mechanic now.

The only thing I will mention is that when I picked up my car, there seemed to be some grease/oil stains left on the tires, tire rims, and on a small portion of the hood that I had to clean. Likely just from when they were doing the repair. Not a huge deal, just something for them to keep a lookout for. Overall 5 stars though, really liked this place.

They are very good , especially with prices. They will tell you if they couldn't find the problem and they will not overcharge you.

I am convinced that some benevolent force of nature led me to Sam to prove to me that honest auto mechanics aren't mythical creatures and do indeed exist! Last year, I stumbled upon Three Brothers when my car maintenance light went on a couple of months before the oil change sticker on my windshield said one was due. My car is over ten years old, so Sam could have easily ripped me off for work that wasn't needed. Instead, he told me I just needed an oil change. Yesterday, my car engine started rattling and making grinding noises, so I brought it to Sam again because of the excellent experience I originally had with him. Again, Sam could have pulled the wool over my eyes. Instead, he thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was (the water tank) and quoted me a fair price. The garage was busy, so he also told me he probably wouldn't be able to get to it until Tuesday. Today, he called to tell me it was actually the accelerator, which would cost a lot less to fix, and told me he could have my car ready by the end of the day, three days earlier than he anticipated! Sam could have easily told me it was both the water tank and the accelerator and charged me more than the original quote, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, he did the decent thing, which is so rare. This place is a gem! I can't recommend them enough! My only regret is not having known about Three Brothers sooner.

Great, great place
A very relaxed environment and such a pleasant group. Sam and his crew are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Most importantly they are honest.
They'll call you over to see exactly what the issue is and explain what needs to be done to fix it. I found their prices to be very fair.
It's not like dealerships or some other repair shops where you feel like you're being taken advantage of.

I highly recommend. I bring each of our family cars there and have never had a bad experience.

This is the place you should bring your car if you're searching for somewhere where you feel comfortable speaking with the manager and explaining what you're looking for as well as receiving a fair service for your German vehicles (took my AUDI A6 there). Sam, the shop manager, and the rest of the employees treated me with respect the moment I arrived and listened to my concerns about my car. Sam is a genuinely nice guy who wants to keep the client satisfied while, of course, making a profit for his team, which is entirely reasonable.
I am one of those customers that would rather to stay on site throughout the repair period and they absolutely understand it.

Sam and his brothers are probably the nicest people in all of New Jersey. They were quick to help even if we were extremely bothersome. They deserve your business and you can finally have mechanic you can Trust. God bless them and do not hesitate to bring all your car needs here.

I first went to those guys because they are conveniently located just a few blocks from my parents house. This was over 10 years ago and the owner’s name was Sam - super nice, genuine and honest dude. Few years back, Sam moved away and the new owner, also Sam, happens to be an awesome, genuinely nice and honest guy. He tell you how it is and explains everything clearly even to a “car idiot” like myself. I have a good judgement of character and I was right about both Sam’s. I’ve been going to Three Brothers Auto every time I had a car issue and they have always done a great job and the price was always fair - compared with other places. One of their main mechanics - Carlos - does phenomenal work as well. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone who needs a mechanic. Funny enough, i am writing this review as I’m waiting for a tow truck to tow my car there right now, at 2:40am on a Sunday. No one is there now obviously but I know they will have no problem with my car being there when they show up at work on Monday morning.

I have used this shop in the past and was very happy but I moved to Bergenfield and had to find a more conveniently located mechanic which I did. But truthfully, I would rather make the drive and come back here because I have total trust in them over anyone! That’s why I just brought my car in for brakes and rotors. Their prices are reasonable and Sam is a sweetheart! It’s always nice to have someone personable that actually explains things so that you understand. He is awesome! Highly recommended!

I really love these guys. I’ve dealt with so many shady shops in my lifetime (luckily I’m knowledgeable about cars to know when I’m being screwed). But this place? Amazing. Truly. First off. The prices are good and pretty affordable compared to other reputable spots. But the customer service is what I love here. They are honest and upfront. They never ever try to up sell anything. They will only recommend work that’s absolutely necessary and nothing more. Wish they had better weekend hours. But hey, no big deal. So if you want good work done by honest people? Come here. I don’t trust anyone else with my Jeep.

This place is legitimate, I got new tires at mavis and realized they didn’t even balance my rear tires, I came in without even making an appointment and they had me in and out. This will definitely be my new go to mechanic. The shop manager even showed me my tires on the balancer and the weights being added. Can’t get more honest then that!

Sam and Gio are simply the best!
Lets just say they are genuinely good, honest people. One the best customer experiences I have ever had. They are breath of fresh air in this profession where it is not uncommon to see unhappy customers: I would give them six starts if i could!

Sam & the Crew are amazing. From the moment my car was dropped on their doorstep by the tow truck, I was greeted by Sam and got great vibes. My alternator went out on me on my way to work. Sam did his best to find me the best most affordable price for the part. He even went out his way to give me a ride home while I waited for them to fix the car. Since then they have been my go to mechanics whenever I need work done on my car. The prices are fair and the work is great. I highly recommend Three Brothers.

I have been going to 3 Brothers for over 10 years now for everything. Even before buying a used car one time I took it over to Sammy so he could tell me if it was worth it. They are the most honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and empathetic repair shop around. They explain everything to you and will always find the best prices for parts that you need. I can't say enough good things about this place. I recommend everyone who needs car repairs to go them. You will not be disappointed.
