The last time I was there I had take out. But over the years the service and food have always been good.

Been going to this place for years. I love their food and their lunch/dinner specials as well. Their spring rolls are delicious and so is their “honey chicken” as well as many other things

I haven't ordered anything from Rice Shop in approximately 10 years after having moved away but recently I remembered how much that I had always enjoyed their food therefore I decided to give them a call on New Year's Eve because my loved ones and I were absolutely craving some good quality Chinese takeout food in order to commemorate the occasion and to be quite honest everything (aka the Scallion Pancakes, Crispy Honey Chicken, Eggrolls, Orange Chicken, Shrimp Egg Fu Yuang, Beef Fried Rice, Chicken With Pineapple Fried Rice and Wonton Egg Drop Soup) was just as hot, fresh and delicious as I had remembered it being back in the day when I used to live over at good ol' 409 River Renaissance in East Rutherford and would regularly order from here once a week and apparently now I am going to have to start ordering food from here again much more often. Hands down some of the best Chinese food in the area. Been going there since they opened about 13 years ago. They have the best General Tsos.... their Pork Fried Rice umm you can't beat it... Basil Double Delight is also very good. I never had anything I did not like here - 5 Stars across the board!

Great food and nice delivery staff. I highly recommend their shrimp or chicken with broccoli, lomein, crab rangoon, fried chicken wings and honey chicken wings.

Cool interior, it's bright yellow on the inside with rounded roofs. Really adorable. it's chinese food, but it's some quality. Nice people, good service, they give you wonton chips and sweet sauce to start....might secretly be one of the greatest chinese food spots around.

I love to go there and sit and eat rather than take out. It's cozy and the food is really fresh and delish!! I like to call it my secret place for Chinese food.

My favorite Chinese restaurant is the area. The dumplings are unmatched. Use the online ordering system for great coupons even with delivery.

Long Life Vegetarian No Salt, Sugar, and Sauce on the side - Vegetarian dumblings are off the hook ... Vegetarian egg roll is good, tofu dishes are the BOMB ... The office staff and me love the rice shop.

Order for delivery. Best we've had in Rutherford or East Rutherford. White rice is amazing. Consistently great and always gets here quickly.
