I placed an order, and on the day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email stating the order was cancelled due to unavailability of the flowers chosen. I called the shop and a man stated they no longer make deliveries and hung up the phone. The order was cancelled by the flower shop, but they still charged me $58.00 for the order.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!! I ORDERED flowers to be deviled to my daughter received an email not even a call that they couldn't make the delivery and my card wouldn't be charged.. THEY DID CHANGE MY CARD! NO FLOWRS AND when I call the store they said they didn't for me to call Telafolra as they charged the card so I called and they have no record of my order but they are the ones who emailed me stating my card was no charged but they did charge my card and stoled my money. I'm filing a police report.

Not people persons. Poor customer services. Don't have the flowers you want. They will cancel your order. Prices are high.
