Very clean store and very well mannered staff

A young cashier with glasses long hair i always look for her when I enter because she is friendly and doesn’t mind helping me Always offer to pack my bags

I've been shopping there for a few years and it's a very nice store there are a few " CTown stores in the city and the one I shop at is nice there's a small deli counter plenty of fresh produce and veggies and the selection of meat and frozen food is also good I would recommend it it's not huge like Aldi or BJ's you should be able to find what you want there's always fresh produce and for a small store the isle's are wide and the prices are good also considering that there isn't a big store ( like Aldi and Costco and BJ'S ) in my neighborhood it's pretty close on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give CTown Supermarkets an 8

This store is one of the best supermarket in the community. Management and staff are very nice, respectful, and kind, no matter ur race.. I've lived in this community for about 20 yrs and i have only have two incident with workers. I spoke with management and the incident was resolved other than that i love going to ctown supermarket.. The prices for there products are very reasonable. Meats are always fresh. Supermarket is always well kept and smelling good.. I'd give them 100% out of 100% if it was up to me..

It is a pretty decent store with a nice space. The prices of goods are also reasonable. I've patronized this store a few times and can guarantee that you're bound to have a good customer service experience.

Great service and selection!!

The manager always greets me. I've had to return items & he is quick 2 offer replacement or cash back. They're stocking more Organic products which I buy weekly. The store is very clean n stocked well.

My experience at C-Town is always a five-star experience. there's always help around the corner because they have plenty of workers the atmosphere is very light and the manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. Safety precautions are all in place with dividers between each of the cashiers and most everyone wears masks. Fresh produce and plenty of merchandise.

Always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you. They are priced better than the market around the corner on the grand concourse. The manager is super friendly and is happy to get you what you need.

I love CTown because they let u used their restroom sometimes u coming from work getting of the train pee is just waiting for you to get in your area I dont know why but it's there . Pioneer believe they are racist but they must realize we spend our money to support them and am a woman I need to pee I ask one off the guys he told me no they dont i was very upset i actually wanted to shop some more but i just leaves why should i spend my money in pioneer.

Awesome. The owner has took the community needs and request to reconstruct the supermarket. This C-Town has received Proclamation from Bronx Borough President & Shop Healthy NYC . They also work with the schools, community organizations and out reach efforts. Soon to come is cooking demos for Healthy Lifestyles of all ages.

I love C-Town the produce are fresh the fruits and fresh So Clean everything is up to date and the cashiers are wonderful and the delivery as wonderful and the prices are awesome I love going it everyday C-Town all the way for my family

The employees treat you with respect and always willing to help you especially the young female manager I believe she is the daughter of the owner. I recommend this place 100%

One of my favorite supermarkets ever since I was a kid. Always fully stocked and friendly staff.
