She is my attorney for life... but our client-lawyer relationship started sfter she represented me when I sold my home in the Bronx. She was very profesdional, she advocated for us above and beyond the call of duty. She was cery thorough and saved us so much time, grief and money when she negotiated a special deal that was completely unexpected until the day of closing. We really appreciated her services. Jill took great care of us during the purchase of our new home.

Very responsive and attentive staff, at the time of negotiating service price was told that a flat fee was going to be charged. At the date of signing documents to finalize the process I was asked to pay more than the "flat fee". Not much more, but more none the less. While working with the firm I wasn't informed regarding the price getting higher and that was the only disappointing occurrence.

1st time home purchase After closing,had an issue didn't help resolve. Told couldn't represent me in matter.referred to another attorney.! Never Again,quick to pass situation off
