I’ve never had bubble tea before and the staff here was PHENOMENAL. They helped me pick out a drink to my liking even though I didn’t know what it was. They also helped pick out the perfect drink for my daughter, she ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It came out in record time. Farida was helping us and we she was so helpful. I cant say enough good things about her, keep up the good work. Will definitely be coming back again.

My kids and I love coming here. Drinks are always fresh and very good. My kids love their new mango popping boba. I always go for their dirty brown drink. 👍🏼

I come here every week to get my usual large strawberry green tea with coconut jelly (50% sugar) and regular ice. The service is very good and I am always satisfied.

Professional and courteous staff. We were able to get our drinks quickly despite the Black Friday crowds. The teas are the same high quality you expect from every Gong Cha and the bubble consistency was great! It is located on the second floor above the food court so it's the perfect place to grab a drink and continue on with your shopping trip.

I love bubble tea and truly miss it, since I've moved out of the NJ/NY area. Wasn't sure what to expect from a little place in the mall, but it was amazing! I recommend the coconut milk tea with tapioca pearls - you won't regret it!

MY FAVORITE BOBA TEA PLACE. I come here on weekly basis with my siblings and even my friends. I love their coffee series and grapefruit series. Their staff is always super nice to us (I guess because we're regulars) and have been so nice and accommodating to my multiple orders as well.

My favorite place for Bubble Tea! The Oreo Milk Foam Tea is absolutely delicious. Definitely a great little place to grab a drink as you walk around the mall. I'd highly recommend trying it out!

Very fast serving and nice kind employees! It's my routine to get gongcha whenever I come to garden state plaza.

My favorite bubble tea place. Personally like their selection more than Kung Fu Tea's, which I feel is 'Americanizing' their menu too much (Oreos and bubble tea honestly don't go too well); I don't see Gong Cha doing that. Definitely try the 3 J's Bubble Tea!

I was beyond excited when this Gong Cha finally opened near my house (I had been driving further into Queens after Mets games all summer to get my fix!). I'm not a bubble tea lover, but their slushes and milk teas are amazing! I strongly reccomend the Taro Milk Slush, it's my go-to.

So Happy to see the Premium International Famous Bubble Tea Brand at Garden State Plaza Mall. Very friendly services. Much better tea taste than Kung Fu Tea at other area. Price is even better too. My favorite is Caramel Bubble Tea. I will definately come back again .

The employees are efficient and super friendly. Their bubbles are super soft. :))) My go to is the dirty brown. Definitely coming back!

This is one of my favorite places to go to now although I’m trying to cut back on my sugar I really love this place and I think this is an outstanding tea place. There’s not very many places that I go through a lot more customization. Unless I would assume you go to the city for that or there’s hidden gems all around but this is definitely one of them.

Cute place. The boba was super good, I always get lychee black tea. Highly suggest it! The lids are also very cute and kids would love the experience. The staff was also super nice.

Oh yes this is good. Ginger milk tea yummy yummy delicious! With lychee bubbles warm or cold it’s amazing and healthy as well
