It was so crowdy during Black Friday

I went here around a week ago since I had received a 50 dollar gift card to Victoria's Secret and bought two lip oils for around 25 dollars.

Everything started off okay, and I paid with the gift card and was walking out, but remembered that I didn't get back my card that still had a lot of money on it.

I headed back and asked for it back, to which the cashier muttered something under her breath, clearly annoyed. I asked her what she said, and she said "cheap @ss.." then something I couldn't hear as she looked around for the gift card. She somewhat slammed it on the table, saying "here, are you happy?" and moved onto help her next customer.

I agree that this was also on my part for forgetting the gift card, but she also didn't give it back and instead gave me an attitude when I asked for it back. I see other people leaving reviews of similar things happening to them, and it is true, the cashiers have terrible manners and attitudes.

Very upset about the horrible customer service I experienced today at the hands of 2 supposed “managers” named Krystal and Sheda (I’m not sure if I heard them correctly). I was able to come in after a few months of receiving a gift whose tag WASN’T taken off. They said they need a receipt to confirm proof of purchase OR the person needed to come with the card they purchased with. That’s ridiculous given that it’s not mine or the person who purchased it’s fault that the employees didn’t take the tag off and second, it was a GIFT. On top of that they were rude especially Krystal and her condescending voice. That’s not way to treat customers as an employee but mainly as a “MANAGER.” Also, absolutely no one was on the floor and no one behind the registers. This store needs restructuring.

The worse experience ever while shopping in Pink today on 04/18/23. I was very disrespected by the manager. Her ethics and customer service professionalism sucks. I was appalled by how disrespectful and nasty her attitude was . She gave nasty stares. I was buying for my trip and had almost $300 in merchandise and she was just saying to me to makeup my mind and take what i was going to take because i was messing up the other clothes. After making the line she wanted me to move to another line and do it again because she was going to close that register. Honestly this may be my last time shopping here at pink. The disrespect is not worth it one bit .

The worse experience I’ve had while shopping in VS . I was Racially profiled by the staff and disrespected by cashier 3418519 . I was appalled by how disrespectful and nasty her attitude was . The staff gave nasty stares . There wasn’t anyone to help cash out or use the fitting rooms. They were all standing in the front and giving their customers nasty stares . Honestly this may be my last time shopping with VS! The disrespect is not worth it one bit .
