On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Paramus

The free chips and salsa served are very tasteless with seasoning missing. The service was bit slow. The employees were friendly and good. The LIT drink we ordered was not at all good. The veg tacos we ordered again were missing with seasoning and our friend had boldly border bowl which he told also was not great. The guacamole was also not seasoned and was tasteless. The only thing I liked was brownie sundae but the portion of brownie was too less and hope it was freshly made and served.

Stopped by On the Border for lunch. Liz decided to order the combo with a chicken enchilada and a beef taco. I ordered the Texas grilled burrito which comes filled with fries, brisket and cheese. .

It was a great time! Food was very fresh and delicious!!! Our server was FANTASTIC. He was training another young man and he was terrific as well. I wasn't sure if I would like the wine so he gave me a sample first. Checked on my brother and I to make sure we were good, a few times as a good server should. The price of everything was very reasonable. We had a great experience!!!

The new Ultimate fajita is delicious and a great value. Bring your appetite It's very filling. The frozen drinks are always perfect. That extra shot for the drink, even more perfect. I take my family here at least once a month. Fun times.

Really delicious from start to finish and plus it's gluten free. They start you off with a bowl of fresh chips and salsa which is really delicious. I ordered the grand fajitas and the nachos and both were really delicious. The only bad thing was that the sour cream you actually have to pay for.

Besides the wait, the food was delicious. I wish since the wait, we would of gotten hot food. The food is very tasty. Just a hotter temperature would be excellent. I do recommend this place though.

We had an amazing time coming here right after the mall. The place had a long line to be seated but once we were seated the service was great. The food is awesome. We will be coming here again

On the board is a must visit restaurant for who loves authentic and delicious Mexican food. The food and atmosphere are all amazing.

The food, the atmosphere was amazing. The food tasted as I remembered the first time we dined here and the seats and table were very comfortable. My only issue is our server did not clear our table of empty dishes and it became very crowded very quickly. Overall, she was very nice and made sure to stop by and check on us every so often. Will 100% be returning!

This was my first time going to On The Border and I have to say everything we got was absolutely amazing. I've always hesitated going here thinking it would he like every other restaurant. The tacos were amazing and you can see them make fresh taco shells in the distance which was comforting. The steak with the Ranchiladas was perfectly cooked. We got the Sopapillas as a dessert and those were amazing as well. The honey and chocolate paired with the dessert was absolutely amazing!!! Definitely going back again.

First time there. This establishment delivered all that a restaurant should have. I enjoyed the food, and those with me also did too.

Food is awesome. I went on a Friday at lunch time. They were not busy. The service was great.

Ultimate Mexican food with modern touches in a fantastic location. This place carried me along from far away to its doors by the nose. The Carne Assada dish was juicy and flavorful, the service was supreme and the crowd was very colorful, happy all ages and metropolitan. This is a relaxed place to eat. I felt I was in my house with my friends and family. Every time I come eat here I feel good to be alive and well treated in such pleasing existence!

I absolutely love this place , food is delicious, although it's authentic Mexican food it's still pretty good. The service was fast and everyone was very nice. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Very good manager. He is very helpful. He guide us for all of us questions for vegetarians and vegan options.

Hello: I meant to send months/years ago lol. I love the managers and the chef Jessie is great; the food is always delicious. I’ve had two family parties in the back patio room that were awesome. To add, I worked nights here for almost two years and have lots of wonderful memories with the managers and staff!

The food was Alex Excellent Service was a little slow. And the taps were a little dirty but other then that it was pretty good

The margaritas are huuuuge for $8-12! Quality guacamole, other food was solid. Service is great too, especially for a chain. Recommended!
