Old school pub. Great atmosphere. The bartender was wonderful, pleasant and attentive. We ordered a couple of burgers and they were fantastic. That's why we went , always on the hunt for a great burger. It was cooked perfectly to the temperature we requested so kudos to the kitchen staff. Try the onion rings . They are the real deal.

Our first time here, draft Stella was great. The hamburgers were huge and delicious. Also the fries and onion rings were great. Service was quick and efficient, will be back!

Great experience! Restaurant in the front and Pub in the back. The building is older than the USA and it's cool to relax and enjoy a meal in there. Our waitress was great. She checked in on us a bunch and got everything very quickly. She was friendly, but not overbearing. Our burgers were both really tasty and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.

Might just be the best mushroom and Swiss burger I’ve eaten, started with very tasty meat patty, the mushrooms were abundant with great flavor and the cheese was perfectly melted. Waitress seemed to have a lot to cover but handled it like it was nothing. And the ambiance topped it off. Good all round.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment. Their burgers are incredible, they have my favorite cheesesteak of all time, and their homemade soups during the colder months of the year are so delicious! And let's not forget "meatloaf Monday's," yum! The atmosphere is great, and the owners and employees really watch to see what is going on and that everyone has an enjoyable experience there. Not only are the food, drinks and service spot on, but the Dutch House shows their gratitude by supporting and giving back to the community. They are also doing a great job right now with additional outdoor tables and service due to covid regulations.

Old world bar, with new world service. Yes, it is a bar first. Warm and charming in its age. Worn wood work around the bar makes it comfortable. Local atmosphere and customers make it friendly. Attentive staff makes it an enjoyable visit.

Don't come here for a gourmet experience, but do come here for the bar food and the drinks. Both served quickly and with a smile and a laugh.

We strongly suggest the chili with everything in it.

This is my absolute favorite place to have lunch. The food is delicious and the drinks have just the right amount of booze to make you relaxed without being totally sloshed in the middle of the day.
The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.
Whenever one of my girlfriends asks to meet for lunch I always say meet me at the Dutch house!

We really enjoyed our first visit here tonight. We got nachos and mozzarella sticks and they were yummy. The people working were super awesome. Definitely will come back!

I am new to the town of fairlawn, but I must say, I think I found a new spot of mine. I've visited a couple of times, and both times, the service was awesome as well as the food. The menu is a simple one and the food was very tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back. their Caesar salad is amazing.

First time here and will be back! Sat on porch on a lovely afternoon to catch up with a friend. Drinks and food great! Prices great as well. Friendly wait staff. What more can you ask for?

Great local place to stop for a comfortable, warm friendly atmosphere with great food, beer, drinks & people taking care of you. Out front for dining is great and makes it that much nicer. Dave and his crew will take care of ya, with some great food & drink 🍸 🍺

It's not just a burger...it's a steak on a bun!!! Best one in Jersey! The servers are awesome and treat you like family. It's always crowded...but not over crowded. As of late October, the huge front porch is still open! Different daily specials...all yummy. You won't be disappointed!!!

Great neighborhood spot. Friendly service, awesome food. Nice to come here with family and friends!! I like coming here because its like being whisked away to a far away place. The ambiance is awesome, staff is friendly and comical. Good vibes all around and close to shopping if you need to get something the CVS is open 24/7.

Always a great restaurant to go to whenever I come home to visit friends and family. Their burgers are amazing. All of the employees are extremely friendly. It is also a great place to hang out, especially on the weekends, and even more especially during late spring and the summer when they bring out the patio tables and chairs

I always love coming to Dutch House and having some drinks with a few friends. The outdoor seating is really nicely setup, and indoors is just as nice. There's a very relaxed, kind of cozy feeling to the place. They have great prices for drinks, and their food is also delicious. Highly recommend the Dutch House to everyone.

We had lunch for 4 people and sat outside. The food was delicious and tge service was great.

BEAUTIFUL place to share a meal! We sat on the lovely veranda, and I had one of THE best cheeseburgers I've ever had. And the onion rings were fabulous!! Will definitely go back😊

The Dutch House is the perfect bar. You want a cold beer and a friendly crowd - you got it. You want the best burger you’ve ever tasted - you got it. Vegan? I am! Order some fries - delicious! There are few bars left in this world that stay true to their roots. The Dutch House is an old school Fair Lawn bar. It’s amazing and should never and will never change!
