What a great experience at Lovesac in Westfield Garden State Plaza. So excited to get our new, comfy couches. Looking forward to the options and versatility with everything we purchased. Angel was awesome! He was incredibly informative, very helpful and so friendly. We ended up being there way past closing but, he did not mind at all. He continued to be nice and positive, and gave us all the time we needed. I would highly recommend that Lovesac store and definitely Angel.

Amazing service from the moment we walked in, Mia was thorough and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Lovesac. She was extremely patient and kind, we were back and forth between fabrics and setups and she was just wonderful to work with especially being that I had my two young kids with me. We are so excited to receive our Lovesac and would recommend this location to everyone. We drove all the way from Westchester county and I would do it again, thank you Mia!

We went to store with the intention of buying, however wanted to make sure we got it right with material and pieces. Mia was nothing short of amazing.
She was knowledgeable and attentive and made the purchase easy! Also She told us delivery was about 2 weeks... it's 3 days and we're receiving them today!!

My fiancé and I have been doing a lot of research into couches we wanted to invest in and decided on Love Sac. We went to the Garden State Mall Love Sac to talk to a Love Sac worker to make sure we ordered everything correctly. Angel helped us and made the process painless and enjoyable. We highly recommend visiting this store and having Angel assist you seeing as he was our literal couch angel.

Great experience at the showroom. Took two of us 5 hours to put together. Lots of boxes! Couches look amazing and everything seems very high quality. Corded velvet is cat and dog approved so far, which was a big concern for us.

I cannot express how much the Garden State Plaza showroom, all of its employees -- especially Mia -- made this purchase easy to understand, thorough for me to plan, and painless for me to adjust when I was trying to make decisions. Again, I cannot understate how important it was for me to get this right for my home and Mia went above and beyond to ensure my purchase is what I need and right for me. I never felt sold to. I felt like I was educated, informed, inspired, and delighted. Thank you!

Went in to the Lovesac store out of curiosity and Rafael was so helpful and super knowledgeable about this sectional. Not once did he pressure us to buy anything, and we were honest and told him we'd wait until the next Lovesac sale. He kept in touch with us, and let us know when a sale came up. A few weeks later, we came back to the store to make our purchase. Although he wasn't in, we were in good hands with Mia, the store manager. We also made a mistake on a custom order, and Mia and Chanel were so helpful in getting it fixed. If you're are looking for a new couch, I'd highly recommend coming in to the Garden State Lovesac! Thanks to everyone at the store!

Lovesac customer service is awesome! I purchased a very large sectional and received 25% off due to a promotion. Shortly thereafter I received an email from Lovesac stating they were having a 30% sale. I contacted Lovesac customer service and asked for the additional 5% off which equated to over $600! I spoke with James (also goes by Seth) and a manager named Pricilla and they both extremely helpful. They adjusted my purchase price and gave me a credit for the difference. Thank you very much!

Shopping with Caslyn was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! She went ABOVE and BEYOND when I came to shop for my dream couch. I returned with family a few weeks later and Caslyn gave the same exceptional service and remembered my original visit. She answered every question, was very knowledgeable about not only the products but the company and their mission. The best part, since purchasing and enjoying my couch for the past month, I am confident I will be returning to LoveSac and shopping with Casyln to select additional products for my home.

I came here on Labor Day (bad idea!) to catch their sale event and was one of the first families there. The manager Caslyn did a fantastic job at helping us social distance and demonstrating the Lovesac couch! She explained the different firmness of the cushions, the fabric, what the pieces come with, accessories, etc. she answered any questions we all had and was able to be attentive to each set of family! She made she she acknowledge everyone in the store and was extremely calm and patient with everyone and didn’t rush anyone to leave or show frustration! She was enthusiastic and fun which made the experience that much better, even after spending over an hour and a half there between deciding which pieces to buy, waiting for other transaction to be done, and completing our own transaction.

We came to the lovesac store in the Garden State Plaza because we found the website to be a little difficult to figure out as far as what we needed to build our perfect couch - and we were so lucky to meet Mia, their sales rep. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted with all the necessary parts, shared accessories without being pushy that would make our experience better, and even helped us get an additional discount since I’m a healthcare worker.

We are so excited to finally get our lovesac couch, and the lead time was less than a week from order to delivery! We ordered an ottoman from Bassett in February and it STILL hasn’t even made it to their distribution center yet- we wish we could cancel the order and get the lovesac ottoman now!!!

Mia was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, patient and fun. The the showroom visit was an amazing experience, we can’t wait to receive our lovesac merchandise. Mia made all the difference.

Chanel and her colleague (so sorry I forgot your name!) were so helpful! My family and I came in at the last hour of the day and never made us feel rushed. Gave us great suggestions when it came to what our budget was, what our family's needs were for the couch, and how to appropriately style the couch based on the look of our home. They were so accomodating to our two crazy toddlers even when they had their moments! Highly recommend this place and products!

Caslyn was excellent in her customer service. She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored. She is definitely an asset to the store.

My shopping experience could not have been any more memorable!! I had already done a bit of research online, so I already had a bit of an understanding of how the sactionals functioned, but I had no idea that the sales associates would be so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Aside from being genuinely friendly, both ladies (I wish I could remember their names!) went above and beyond to help me during my time there. While I tested the different cushions and made my selection with my husband, they were friendly and engaging with us as well as my baby. And once my husband left (as he had to leave for work,) and I was alone with my 11-month old, they were willing to play with my child while I filled out the credit application and signed the other paperwork. Honestly I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life, and if my budget would have allowed it I would’ve bought so much more! But for now I’ll just have to rave about them here on my review as well as share my amazing experience with family and friends. Can’t wait to go back and purchase more accessories!!

Hi, Lovesac is a great product, and the sofas are very comfortable. i was very unsure about my purchase, and after visiting the store 2 times, i bought a chair ( small studio), and everyone was very helpful, especially Caslyn, and Mia. When i thought I'd return the product, I was very hesitant, and unsure about how to do it, and after several calls and text messages, i thought Id keep it. I was going to buy another side or arm, and the sales person instructed me to give it a chance, and to be suer abut keeping the whole thing. it didn't fit into my tiny space, and i thought it would be a big hassle to return, but no it wasn't. everyone in the garden state plaza store helped me, and i followed their directions. i would definitely go back and buy a full love seat, after getting a bigger living space. thank you to the staff. Caslyn from Lovesac at Garden State Plaza NJ was great! She took her time to go over all of our options for the sactional prior to our purchase. She kept the showroom clean and sanitized. She made the whole process very smooth and easy.

Mia from the Paramus location was an absolute sweetheart! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on all things lovesac, but she also took the time to explain all the minor details! She went over all my options and made me feel confident in my choices. Configuring your own lovesac online is very overwhelming but Mia was able to make it an easy seamless experience for me! She answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way! I couldn’t have done it without her!

Went to Paramus location and Caslyn was the best customer representative I have ever dealt with. She knew what she was talking about and you can tell she is experienced. Not only was she so professional she took her time to teach my husband and I the different lay outs, different colors, and why to choose these sofas. Sofas are just perfect for my family. If you are in doubt or have any questions, I recommend you to go to this location and Caslyn would help you out and you will leave satisfied..
