Childhood dentist back on the East Coast and since moving West have wanted a similar relationship. I finally found it at Valley Dental! From the Casey at the front desk to mu personable hygienist to the Dentist herself—shout out to my girl, Dr Gilani! Dr. Miller is great, too—my family and I love Valley Dental! Definitely choose them above any dentist in Happy Valley!

Dr miller and his team of hygienists and receptionist are awesome. They are on top of things and Dr Miller is so SO knowledgeable. He explains things so well and I learn a lot. He can even do crowns on the same day as a root canal for he has a machine that makes them in office. When driving from 3 hours away, that is very important to us so we do not have to make another trip. My husband had a cavity worked on today and he had never seen such efficiency between Dr miller and his assistant. Our whole family goes to see him and they also drive from across town. We plan on coming from central oregon as long as we can drive!

Simply the best! I’ve been a patient here for over a decade and have never not had a wonderful experience. The staff and dentists are caring and know their stuff! They’ve replaced all my silver fillings, made new crowns for me and I just got Invisalign braces here. Every visit is super professional and all charges are shared beforehand. Dr. Gillani is the best so just make an appointment!

Valley Dental Works is an excellent place to receive dental care. They have caring and knowledgeable staff. Their equipment is state of the art, and every time I leave their office, I am always glad that I get my dental care there!

Recently returned to Oregon after being gone for 2 years. I missed Dr Miller and the quality care this office delivers. So grateful for their expertise and innovation!!! Other dentists on my travels paled in comparison to Dr. Miller. He was able to repair a botched dental procedure I had done in another state. Not all Dentists are created equal!!

Hands down, the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. Dr. Miller and the staff we're all extremely friendly and highly skilled. I lost a crown and required an urgent appointment. They got me in quickly and from the moment I walked in, it was a whole new experience. Dr. Miller and his assistant were so attentive to my comfort level, invested in my long-term prognosis/care, and I have never had such a painless and expertly performed procedure. I came in the next day for a permanent fix, and it's the best I've felt in the past 5 years I've had a crown.

The result was incredible, and the procedure quick and painless. Especially the numbing portion - I've always had trouble and found it very painful. Dr. Miller is truly a genius! My entire family has moved to this practice and I recommend Valley Dental to anyone who has ever had a less than outstanding experience at their dentist, and may have more complicated issues that require a thorough and attentive doctor.

It's very rare these days to experience truly exceptional customer service - and Valley Dental is the best I've seen. Combined with cutting edge technology and expertise, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I have had work done by both dentists and they are both incredibly talented, professional, yet so personable and friendly! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming as are the hygienists. They are also fantastic with children and are so good with my four year old. They put her at ease and care to make the experience a positive one for her. Have been a long time client, 40+ years and by far they are the best dental office around! Dr. Stafford and his team always go above and beyond! I always feel welcome and so at ease. I am so fortunate to have Valley Dental Works as my dental provider. Dr Miller is incredible and all of the staff there are just so wonderful and sincerely genuine, caring and compassionate. I have had some really bad experiences with other dentists in the Portland area and wish I’d found Valley Dental Works sooner. Coming from a person who is absolutely terrified to go to the dentist, this is complete truth. Friendliest dentist office I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a few. Dr Miller is so amazing, made me feel so comfortable and forget about my fear. Took the time to explain everything and made sure I had options to choose from and never once I felt obligated or pushed to take the most expensive route(like I had felt like at other offices). Malena(at the front desk) is the nicest, most helpful person. Made sure I was taken care of, gave me a great description and pricing on everything I had done, and she always has a smile on. Best office in town. And it doesn’t hurt at all that their newly renovated office is simply gorgeous. I will for sure recommend it to my friends and family.

The office is lovely, the people are always warm and friendly, and they take great care of your teeth! Great at communicating costs and proposed treatments clearly. They treat you like a person, not a problem. I’ve never had any scheduling issues or had any long waits. They work well with my insurance, so I’ve never had any billing surprises. I live on the East Coast and still schedule my appointments here for when I’m in town visiting family, because I can’t imagine getting better service anywhere else.

Ive had many issues with my teeth over the years and have been to many different dental offices. Upon walking into valley dental works, I was blown away with how warm and friendly the staff was, even while on the phone. The lobby itself is very calming, the colors and decor are relaxing . The water and coffee are a great touch.

The office staff handled all my paperwork easily and even worked with my insurance and questioned them when they thought they were wrong.

Dr. Miller himself was a great dentist. I understand he has hundreds of patients, but made me feel like I was his only one. Took his time with my issue and constantly made sure I was not in pain. When it was time to make a decision on what path I would take fixing my teeth, he not only gave me one option but 4. Explained each option with the pros and cons. I appreciate that. I like choices.

I don't think anyone looks forward to going to the dentist, but I definitely won't mind going to my follow up appointment next month.

I strongly believe that everyone should go to Valley Dental Works. This is the best dental clinic you will find. At my old dental clinic, I had a very traumatic experience. This led me to having a lot of anxiety, fear and distrust towards dental clinics. I bounced around from many dental clinics to try and find the right one. I needed a veneer replaced that was done horribly by my old dentist. My situation was very challenging to fix but Dr. Stafford was confident to take on this challenge. He did an incredible job on replacing my veneer! I truly feel like I got my smile back, and I am forever grateful for that. I had a lot of questions before having this procedure done because of my bad experience in the past. Dr. Stafford and Frankie explained everything very clearly and were very kind and patient to answer all of my questions. They are both very amazing people. On top of my challenging situation, I had just switched insurances and that was a tricky situation as well. Malena was extremely helpful. It took some time to figure out my insurance situation. Through the entire process, I was not worried and not stressed at all thanks to Malena. She worked so hard to figure everything out for me. Everyone that works there is truly incredible. After my veneer replacement, I chose to have Valley Dental Works to be the place I go to for all of my dental needs. This is a place I can come to and have no worries, which can be very rare for people to say about their dental clinic. This clinic does a lot of things to ensure your dental needs are truly met at their best. It is very clear that they are up to date with the newest technologies. Do yourself a favor and visit Valley Dental Works.

The staff are very friendly here, I just started going here recently, Dr. Miller and staff are all very nice, the office is great and they have a sweet massage chair. I had a crown made same day and placed, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a good dentist.

I was very impressed by Dr. Miller and his staff at Valley Dental Works. I had my regular cleaning appointment with Dawn who was very gentle and friendly. I will definitely be going to her again! They also found that I had a cracked filling from a previous dental office and Dr. Miller was able to fit me in later that same week with a 7am appointment so I didn't have to miss work.

Great hours, great location and the entire staff was very pleasant. I would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Miller is amazing. My procedure was complicated, but he was meticulous in every detail, plus I actually felt no pain!!! I was also very impressed with the professionalism and skills of the dental assistant.
