I came in with symptoms of vertigo. The PA was able to determine that and went the extra mile and performed some treatments as they could not fit me into physical therapy. I am very appreciative of the two healthcare workers that were there today.

From the laddies at the desk who had everything prepared to our Au.D Katherine T. Cox. She set us up with the hearing aids that best fit my hearing need and budget. She really knows her business and was so kind in answering our question. She was a blessing. We didn’t need to look and further. She was great.

Dr. Katie Cox is THE best! She is knowledgeable about hearing aids, and the intricacies of learning how to use the Oticon brand. I am not a high tech person, and Katie made it easy for me to understand my hearing loos and how to get the best service from my new hearing aids. I am familiar with another brand that I used previously, and having helping hands and understanding from Katie, creates a place for me to feel empowered moving forward in this next journey. Plus, Katie is fun to talk with! She understands the needs of this professional musician with particular requests! Thank you, Katie and thank you Kaiser!

Dr.Ochoa truly cares about her patients and asks meaningful fact finding questions. She is not afraid to run tests, check on possible outcomes, discuss treatment routes and options. She is so kind and patient. She doesn’t rush or push me out sooner than I’m ready. I feel genuinely cared for and as a new mom of two babies I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

So helpful having a Westside location! Everyone is here is warm and helpful! Great visit except for one thing…it needs a pharmacy. Now I have to go out to north Lancaster. Can we look into reopening this pharmacy?

Felt seen and supported and this is before seeing the doctor. I believe the nurse that checked me in is Veronica and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Although this location doesn’t manage primary care, I wish they did because the care team here is amazing. Dr.Cheryl was patient and attentive. I feel like I will finally get the help I need

Pretty fast and efficient. No complaints. They did offer to help me with care gaps but I chose to wait since I am not feeling well. It’s a little inconvenient that they don’t have a pharmacy there and now I have to go to another location, but that isn’t the fault of the employees.

Veronica was incredibly professional and also very helpful. I felt listened to and seen! She went the extra mile to help me get what I need.

Everyone makes mistakes but I have been a Kaiser member for over 15 years with everything from routine innoculations to heart surgery and KP not only does not make many mistakes, they bend over backwards to fix it when they do.
KP Northwest caught my eye when I negotiated Health Insurance plans in my work. Later, my private practioner and I retired at the same time so I made the switch.
Co-ordinated care, at under-market costs to me, has no drawbacks and a ton of benefits. One chart . . . period.
And no company provides more co-ordinated care for the insurance dollar than KP does.
IF you have access to them, KP is the best over-all health care average Americans can buy. My new hearing aids are SPECTACULAR!

I like this location,hardly ever takes long,staff friendly and helpful. And closest to where I live,even though I'm not in same town..I 've come here over 5 years..Glad there here.

Jennifer the Reg Rep was very friendly and helpful. When I first pulled up she was outside cleaning up trash and blowing the leaves from the parking lot, talk about going above and beyond! Everyone involved with my care was amazing, Im sorry that I dont recall their names.

Lab was fast and friendly. Receptionist was friendly as always. Wish this was a full service doctor office like it used to be. I hear many people saying the same thing. It makes it more convenient for us elderly citizens.

This was my Medicare annual check up. Nurse practitioner Monreal was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I appreciate the West Salem Kaiser clinic very much!

My husband and I have been with Kaiser for 8 years. He is quite ill at the present time and is in the good hands of Dr Amy Sutkus at Skyline. We are still undergoing analysis to determine the root problem but each time we see a specialist within Kaiser it is an excellent experience. Today was no exception. It could have been a quick in and out visit but the subject of my husband's illness came up due to the questionaire asking if I found myself anxious at the present time. NP Monreal took the time to comfort me at this difficult time; she even shared her own personal experience in her life with an aging father to show me she understood. It was greatly appreciated. We are grateful to have Kaiser in our lives, especially now. Thank you for all you do both in caring for your patients as well as in the community.

Karen, a practitioner, took her time, answered my questions and made sure I understood the care instructions that she gave me to follow.

I came to have blood work done and to check my blood pressure. Everything went 100% well!
However, my wife and I are EXTREMELY Concerned about the uncertain future outlook for West Salem Clinic (WSC). We live in Dallas, Oregon, and the WSC is the closest location for us. This is the third year that this facility has not been back to normal operations since COVID and there hasn’t been any timeline on if or when it ever will.
We are concerned that Kaiser will close this facility down, leaving us stranded without a clinic in Polk County. Driving to either Skyline or Lancaster is too far for us.
If WSC does get closed-down and there isn’t a replacement for Polk County, we ask if Kaiser would consider a joint-operation with the Salem West Valley Health Clinic located in Dallas, Oregon, and we would be happy to go there.

I had an appointment with Katherine Cox in Audiology yesterday. Kaiser is very lucky to have such an incredible audiologist on staff. She spent so much time figuring out a problem that I have had for many years. She is kind and compassionate. I am blown away by her.

The staff are engaging, kind, helpful, and make the overall experience pleasant.

It was great hope you open West Salem up more.
