I had the best experience of my life at Honda Paramus! I was greeted at the door by Elvis who immediately made me feel so comfortable as I shopped for my first lease. Elvis asked me all the right questions and heard my concerns/goals with my new car. We took a tour around the store and saw a few cars and Elvis made it a very seamless experience. Elvis and Mike helped us with quotes and potential leasing next steps.

This was the least painful car buying experience in the past 26 years since my first car purchase. Car buying shares alot with going to a dental office for a root canal; You need to get it done; It will never be a pleasant experience; It will hit you financially hard depending on YOUR choices; You know some hurt a lot more than the others. Who would hurt you less? The specialists.

The truth of the matter and the "sales pitch" is that they sell 800-900 vehicles a month...so they are the "specilists" in this niche. They would not be this succesful if they fail to keep their customers happy. DCH people are willing to meet you in your comfort zone, and their system has "transparency" built into it.

I went to DCH Honda for the first time and saw Joel per my best friend's recommendation. I did have to do a brief dance around a bonfire, and Joel had to do his obligatory trips from his desk to "the pit" couple times. But, it took only 15 mins for us to shake on the deal...and my final "bill of sales" proves that I got a good deal. This process goes a lot easier if salesperson really tries to work with you, and gets to the point....and Joel did. He did not waste my time at all...no one wants to make 2-3-4 trips back to the dealership. One shot purchase...and all the negotiated terms showed on the paperwork just as we talked. And can I also say, you never have to worry about "window security etchant fee" at DCH. This sounds very basic but DCH seems to be the only place that has delievered on it.

DCH excels in transparency category. Thanks to Paul in financing, there was NO sales push. I was given options once and I only had to decline once. That's it. None of "If you total your car in the middle of lease term...." or "Your low profile tires are prone to blowouts...". I didn't have to worry about being cheated on my credit score...I can name a few places in the area who try to rob me 150 credit points without showing me the reports.

Simply DCH sells more cars because they are the specialists and they do it right(again, sounds too basic?). You come out "hurt" a lot less than ANY other places. I can attest this was the "best" car buying experience ever. I like other brands as well, but I might have to stick to Honda for a while.

I'm glad that I took the right decision and bought my car from DCH Paramus Honda, The car is soo good we know that I'm not going to say anything about Japan made cars, The thing is the customer service is over the beyond, Specially KATHY, She is expert, Professional and very helpful, She made my day, The car service the last time made me happy and never regret to bought my CRV. I began my search at 9AM on Monday for a Honda Civic Sport.
