Dr. Monica’s one on one approach of soft tissue work coupled with therapeutic exercise has really helped me with a debilitating back injury. Thank you Dr. Monica you’re the best!

Dr. Monica is amazing!!!! She helped me tremendously with my shoulder injury and pain. She gives you very personalized attention and spends much time using her expertise to heal your pain. I have been going to Dr. Monica for a few months to address shoulder and neck pain from a previous injury. I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment and experience with Dr. Monica. She is very knowledgeable about her field and it shows through her treatment.

My shoulder and neck pain has decreased significantly and my shoulder mobility has increased. This wouldn’t have been possible without her knowledge. To see results you must complete your exercises but they’re easy and simple since Dr. Monica walks you through them. One final comment is that Dr. Monica is very personable and easy to talk to. It makes the treatment plan fly by and allows you to be open and honest about your progress (let’s be real here, there are going to be weeks that you can’t complete the exercises) because it doesn’t feel like she is judging you.

Doctor Monica's one-on-one care and knowledge has significantly improved my multiple back and knee issues and enabled me to enjoy my life. P.S.: she gives a great massage as part of therapy which enhances the entire experience and reduces pain. I'd recommend her practice to anyone tired of the "PT mills".

Dr. Monica is amazing! I came to her with horrible pains in my upper back, that I was suffering with for a year. She worked her magic and my quality of life improved greatly. I will forever go to her if I have any aches and pains. She is very friendly, and attentive. I felt extremely comfortable from the first time I came to her office. If you follow everything Dr. Monica tells you to do, you'll be pain free in no time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing her if you have any problems.

Sunday was my first appt, my first PT visit, highly recommend.Prior to Dr Monica I've spent numerous hrs for shoulder/neck pain w/chiropractors (little relief). Dr. Monica was with me...ONLY me for an hour (not 3 patients at once). She is hands on, competent, versatile, experienced, proficient and extremely skilled.

I've had many treatments with Dr. Monica for weight lifting related shoulder pain. She is the best. She really takes the time and has the knowledge to isolate the problem areas.

One on one care, not like other places where the therapist treats 3 patients at a time. She’s great all around, best therapy I’ve been to. Also really great clean new equipment. Highly recommend. Not like commercial places, as her own owner the quality is much better opposed to commercial places
